Wonderful donut shop in Long Beach area. The lady behind the counter was very nice. Ordered 2 dozen donuts and the price was fair.

Came here around 11:30 and waited at the counter for service. The guy working here saw me and continued to wash dishes for about 2 minutes before looking over at me again to mumble "I'll beright there".I waited about 5 minutes from the time I got there until my order was taken. FINALLY he takes my order and seemed annoyed as I was asking if they had certain items. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese on the side and waited 20 minutes for my bagels. FINALLY after 5 customers later I get my bagels smeared with cream cheese. I looked at the guy, he looks at me with a grin and shakes his head throws his hand up like as to say "what's the problem". At this point after waiting 30 minutes for my bagels, I just wanted to leave. I asked for my bagle not toasted with cream cheese on the side. I get this order all the time in the early morning within 5 mins. There was no attention to what I specifically asked for with was pretty simple.This guy needs to get let go or just used for washing dishes in the back. Has no business taking orders. I'm really disappointed in the service I received this morning and this guy has done this before. Time for you guys to take out the trash.

This review is solely on the giant donut.... My birthday was last week and I wanted something different from regular ole birthday cake. I remember book marking this place after seeing a BIG donut! When my mom asked me what kind of cake I wanted I requested one of these. It did NOT disappoint. It was freaking delicious!!! Even my husband who isn't a huge donut fan really liked it! He thought it would be dried out and not good. It was so soft and fresh. Mmmmmm Even the leftovers the next morning were scrumptious! (I wrapped it in plastic wrap). The rest of my family enjoyed it too. The chocolate 44 numbers were also tasty so I'm sure the rest of their donuts are great as well. I can't wait to go in store and see what they have.

The epitome of a great Mom & Pop donut shop. Mr. K's is a beloved local favorite, offering a variety of raised and cake donuts, plus specialty coffee and tea beverages. They do other pastries as well, seasonal decorated donuts, and even giant donuts, which are popular for parties. Located in a strip mall, the shop is tiny and no frills, but has a homey welcoming vibe. They accept credit cards. On a weekday afternoon, their case still contained a nice selection of flavors. My favorite was their Vanilla Cake with sprinkles, which was buttery and moist, with a creamy icing that was the perfect level of sweet. Their classic raised/glazed melted in my mouth, and their Buttermilk had a delicate cakey crumb. We also loved their Tiger Tail, which is laced with sweet cinnamon and chocolate. 10/10.

One of my favorite donut shops in the area! I have been coming here for my donut fix for many years now. I love the chocolate glazed donut and their turkey and cheese croissants! Their strawberry cream cheese bar is also delicious. Can't really go wrong with anything though. You can also fill your gallons of water here, get a coffee/boba drink, and sit and hang out a bit. Service is always friendly and fast!

Came in to order some custom donuts and they were able to have them on short notice. I appreciate the customer service i was given. I also grabbed a ham & cheese croissant and i must say it was thee best ive had. They put the right amount of cheese and ham in the croissant. Also had pistachio ice cream & was so good. Their prices cant be beat. They have very good pricing for custom donuts compared to other quotes i was given. Definitely will be back soon for more stuff. It gave me very good childhood memories as i walked in. Clean & appreciate the prices on everything in the shop. I believe it was the owner that provided extra donuts to decide which ones we wanted to use.

Still the best donuts around. $15 for a dozen. Friendly service. I asked for them to be cut in half and she cut them in the back right away.
