The food is good but the last time we went the server seemed unhappy to be working there. Her name tag said Ruby. No smile and seemed irritated with the customers ?. She just kept saying "anything else, anything else" oooh and she was very greedy on the portions.
Service was slow. They ran out of teriyaki chicken and I had to wait for more to be cooked, which staff assured me many times over five minutes would be reasy in a second. It was very crowded and busy with a long line from walk up and online orders arriving constantly.

I'm now questioning the cleanliness of this location. I killed a cockroach that scurried under my table on the last visit to this store. Shortly after killing that cockroach there was one I found crawling on the wall next to another guest.

The three girls working tonight 11/29/23 made my Mobile order with a sorry amount of food and left half my plate empty leaving it without teriyaki and gave me the smallest amount of chicken on the side when I came back. Didn't get a sorry or anything not even a look in the eye. Some sorry workers.

The environment was clean and tidy and customer service was nice and generous.Upon entering you're instantly welcomed with all of their meats and sides it was an easy layout to look at everything through the glass, so you know exactly what you're getting.I ordered half and half fried rice and chow mien, which doesn't cost extra and counts as 1 side, and for my meats I got orange chicken and Beijing beef. While ordering I took a while to ponder what to get and even though there were customers behind me I didn't feel rushed at all by the employees. Everything was nice and and warm, not hot but it was still super yummy. It also came with fortune cookies. We were a party of 2 but only ordered 1 meal but they still gave us 2 cookies which was super thoughtful.Overall we will be back!

The server Madison was rude and unprofessional with how she talked when ordering food. I asked about a certain new item on the menu and she didn't even acknowledge the question. They were not busy at the time and I think that was disrespectful. Please respect your patrons who come in wanting to have a good meal, and you ruin it with your attitude and overall demeanor.

Ordered delivery, immediately called and requested sauces to be added in my order only to receive no sauces. Called the restaurant telling them about the issue and the girl that answered the phone only says "Okaaaay, do you wanna talk to someone about that?" Me, dumbfounded she even answered this way "Yeah, that's why I'm calling". There's no need to be acting smart with a customer. I live across the street and only ordered delivery because I'm dealing with a cranky toddler and I'm 9 months pregnant. I can see why this business has 2 stars now Manager couldn't even offer anything but an apology. I love Panda, but fix team members attitude.
