I can see why they have so many bad reviews. They really have bad customer service and I used to work at potato corner in Cerritos. We asked for bbq cheddar and this is what we get. I asked if I can get more bbq seasoning because this is mostly cheddar and he does "that's the amount we put" and I'm like well this is all cheddar. If I have to pay I'll pay for it and he said "we're low on seasoning so that's all I can give" If that was the case you should've mentioned that when we ordered Bbq!

Went to potato corner tonight and even though it was slightly busy my food came out quickly and amazing. I could tell the workers were in a rush to finish things up but I'm absolutely glad that they still had amazing customer service. Would definetly come again.

Today is Nov.19, 2023 it is 2:35pm. The worker Dylan was very rude and made no effort to find a solution to the problem I had with my tater tots. We ordered both sour cream and barbecue, Dylan only put sour cream and minimal barbecue. when I went back to ask him to add more barbecue, he rudely stated that he could not add barbecue to my order, and that he "already put enough". Overall, he ruined my experience. If he didn't want to come to work today, he should've called off. Period.

So, I literally have been wanting to try these for a while. And am so mad that I finally did. First off customer service was horrible. Literally answering personal phones while taking my order. I ordered curly frys and they were nothing but little pcs broken everywhere. Like I was eating left overs...smh horrible!!!

It was a busy day for them, we wait for our order then they messed it up and we had to wait some more for one item. No apologizes for the wait. Food is good so one star for that but it doesn't give the excuse of being rude to customers.

The fries at this place are absolutely amazing. They consistently make each batch fresh and load you up with a generous portion. Considering the price, it's definitely worth it. The flavors here are always delightful, and I'd suggest going for the Giga size because you're likely to enjoy it. When it comes to the fries, the original ones are the way to go, and I highly recommend trying BBQ or Sour Cream as flavors.What's great is that every time they prepare it, it's super fresh and hot. The service is also excellent. You can find this location in a mall next to Green Crush and close to Hot Topic, across from Costco.One thing to note is that seating here is limited and can be a challenge to find when it's crowded. So, if you plan to dine in, keep that in mind.
Usually I've never had an issue with this place but this time around I found a nail at the bottom of my fry cup. Checked the nails of all my family and none of them had these nails. What doesnt make sense to me was how this was would even happen since both the employees at the time were male.
