Today was not the day to get a Pastrami Sandwich, the meat was like shoe leather, and darker than normal which tells it was old, if I hadn't gotten allll the way back home (30min) I would have returned it for my money back. AWEFUL!! That was my first and last time at that location.

Well....... this location already had bad reviews. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I shouldn't have. I came in around 1:00, and the place was empty. It's already a bad sign. I ordered a regular pastrami with everything. I told them easy mayo. The employee put way too much on. Anyhow she rang me up while the pastrami warmed in a microwave. After which I looked at my reciet and thought she overcharged me. She actually rang me up for a large sandwich, which was not what I ordered. Anyway, she had already made a large. So said whatever. But she never offered to try and fix the problem. Which irritated me. Could have offered to me a bag of chips, a drink, or just fix my order.17.99 for a crappy sandwich at best. The pastrami had some chewy parts and there wasn't that much of it to begin with. Anyhow I won't be back. I gave them a shot.

I've been to this location twice, both visits were great. Service was on point, attentive and ready to explain menu items. Food was delicious. I'm hooked on the Italian on Parmesan bread. So very tasty. I'm over subway, especially their hard fresh baked bread. Togo's doesn't bake in house and the bread is ALWAYS on point, fresh, soft, voluptuous and tasty. I'll be back! (in my best terminator voice).

This Togo's is the worst. Always slow as molasses and only a couple of customers in the store! Each time I come here, it takes FOREVER for them to make a damn sandwich! Even when I try to save time and order online. I place my order at 11:33am, says it will be done at 11:56am. When I get there at 12pm thinking it's ample time, of course still not done. Now yes, it very well could be that they had a rush while my online order was placed. But highly doubt it since everytime I go in there there's only like 1-2 customers placing their orders. I see 2 people behind the counter helping. Heck, Subway is so much faster with 2 people working behind the counter! And this last time, they got my order wrong. The first 2 sandwiches were correct. But just goes to show they didn't care or pay attention to the third sandwich. And of course you don't know until you get home and open it up. Back to Subway, Jersey Mikes, and Ike's.

Let me start off by saying ToGos workers you guy kick buttnot only for taking peoples attitudes but also for being hard workers. today june 23 I went in for lunch and I saw there was a line so I've seen 3 workers.I told my self this should be fast.well I was wrong this was not the workers fault at all I had to witness an older lady being rude to one of the workers there he seemed like a really nice guy but the grown woman just thought she was the queen I guess she wanted to be out of the store so quick I mean I wanted to be out and eat my sandwich too but I wasn't gonna rush the workers there props to the workers for working hard on a hot busy day and don't let any customer ruin your day they are just bunch of unhappy people if you are a customer and you want your food to be made fast go to jack in the box or to wends or McDonald's that's fast food these workers are here to work and make your sandwiches look nice and taste good stop being so unhappy and ruining their day thank you togo workers i didnt get their names but they did a great job as for the grown woman stay home if you aren't happy please and thank you

The staff should receive a medal for all of their efforts. The public has become, for lack of a more politically correct word, evil. The public, or one citizen, in particular from this afternoon, was absolutely berating a staff member, who was off the clock and wanted to help, over a $10 gift card that had no balance left. The staff member had the patience of Job. I salute her. For that citizen, shame on you for behaving like an irrational person. Way to set the example in front of your preteen child on how adults are not supposed to act. I love Togos. Been a patron for 40 years. Never had a bad experience. For that citizen who must have forgotten she was in a public setting, here's a bit of advice to chew on; when in need of assistance, perhaps a little civility next time rather than hurl expletives in front of your child and behaving like a fool. Togos for life!

Looking for a place with diet drinks. Posted my head in and asked and Brianba and Hanbah we're very quick to tell me they had diet coke and ice tea even though they were busy. Both were smiling and very pleasant. They asked me what I wanted on my cheesesteak and I was very happy with the sandwich. Great employees! First wrap was not to my liking (they added so much dressing that it was pouring out of the wrap) so they corrected the error and served me a fresh wrap that was delicious and nutritious.

Ordered 3 sandwiches and all of them were wrong. Apparently the person reading didn't know how to read the specific request or isn't familiar with making sandwiches. Bad customer service - try a different to-go's.

I went to this location on Sunday , I just recovered from food poisoning. I ordered the tuna sub and my wife had the BLT. Oh lord , I can say while working in the food industry before. I counted how many simple violations here. Not jonly the attitude served with the food. One lady had her hair in a pony-tail that's literally about to touch the floor ! No hair net. And she's 5-6 - 5-8'. Wearing sandals with white socks that's literally looking funky. I was amazed she did not slip and fall with all the food on the ground. And every-time someone came with an online order she served them straight up with an attitude and mean mug ! Now the other lady was not even having it , just straight bam bom pow with attitude, I noticed something fishy about my tuna sub. But I honestly just threw it away after a few bites. I didn't want the hassle of dealing with this place again. As bad as it sounds. I rather just go to Jersey mikes , subway with their flies or make my own sub at home!
