I ordered a fruit cake to be made for my son's birthday. The truth is, it was a disappointment. The bread for the cake was super hard, I couldn't break it unless I eat, pay more attention to that, because the cost is high and it can't be eaten.

I hate having to leave this review. But I want the owner to know what is going on. I called the business and asked to speak to a manager, so I can let them know what's going on, so I can avoid leaving this review . However, they hung up on me the first time as soon as they heard that I have a complaint. The quality of food is getting worse as time goes by. Staff named Stacy overcharges; I thought it was a mistake, but seems to be an ongoing issue. She has a terrible attitude for no reason. The first time I thought it was just someone having a bad day. But it seems like that's how she is every time.

My ordered my cake they seemed busy. I didn't feel important. $100 cake should be a smiling endeavor but it was very business-like cold.Only picked up my cake they didn't know where it was. It was a lengthy wait. When we cut into the cake I thought one side would be strawberry and the other banana well it was but not very much fruit. It was good. Not $100 worth of good. More fruit please.

We visited the bakery on a Sunday afternoon, at 12 pm. The pastries are good. However, the service was terrible. The attendant behind d the counter was very rude. She had an attitude when I asked for an extra plate. We ordered pastires and a sandwich, and she sent us over to the cake ordering section. When we approached the counter, the older lady asked what type of cake we wanted to order, and when we proceeded to say we wanted a croissant sandwich, the older lady also had an attitude. When I made a comment about the customer service , or lack thereof, the younger attendant rolled her eyes. We were given coffee without creamer and when I asked for creamer she seemed bothered. No matter how good the product is with the lack of friendliness and, customers service, and without a smile I will not be returning.

Such a great bakery! We always get cakes for our coworkers here and they always make the most heavenly creations. But they also have cookies, puffed pastries, muffins, and croissant sandwiches. Love the service staff, location on Lancaster Blvd is perfect, and the restaurant has good space inside to sit with a cup of coffee and a sandwich.

I called to order a cake and they treated me very badly, it was all because I told the woman who answered me that because they scrum they raised the cake to $30 dollars and she asked me for the small cake $90 dollars and she got angry and hung up on me even so I called them again I said why they hung up on me and I told him in a very good way he made fun of me and hung up on me again and after that horrible thing he treated me with all respect but I wonder what kind of people without any education work there, they have to respect the clients but They treat them very badly, what a shame that there are businesses without respect for customers and I have four friends who stopped going to that business for the same reason what they just did to me.
