I pay 34.72 for a grown up menu pizza a signature meatball.they just gave me a cheese pizza with just some cut off peace of meatballs saying that the meatballs signature pizza is only online not a store

They made some great changes since the last time I went. There is now a small trampoline area. However, it is an additional $15 for the bracelet so you can jump (as if you aren't spending more than enough already). It can get pretty busy and the wait for staff to help can be ridiculously but at no fault of their own (they are short staffed). For the people that do work there, thank you for what you do! It's no easy task and you guys handle it! Overall the kids had a lot of fun and there are games for all ages. Not many of them were broken either which was nice!

Been here 3 times in the past couple months. It's clean and the staff is nice. The pizza is really good here, it's hard to stop eating it. Everything is a bit pricey though. I have not seen Chuck E any of the times I visted and we stayed for almost 2 hours. Not what it used to be, but our smallest kids enjoy the games.

It’s both great and horrible. Your kids will have fun, guaranteed! The games are super cheap and they almost always have the 100 tokens for $20 deal.But, their bathrooms are dirty, even on a slow day. Their salad bar is always poor. And not all of their employees, but some, lack basic customer service. Have they never heard of a smile? I understand that they have to deal with all these parents and children, but come on.
