Food was spot on, really enjoyed. Problem was attempt at upselling at the register. Ordered combo which came with a drink, they asked what sized drink I wanted but didn't share that it increased price until I asked (drinks can be refilled free, WHY would I want to pay more)Asked if I wanted chips and salsa with meal which cost almost five dollars more-more upselling.

I have a problem with the second time we ordered tonight because we had already placed an order and ate there and enjoyed our meal when we ended up wanting another crunchy taco to go, so, we head to the registers, & one young lady was counting her register so she looked over to the manager Gabriela who was packing salsas , and she had such a rude response on her face as to say , you want more food?!? She looked at my husband with such a bother, that I knew it was racism involved . I would've loved to tell her about herself but I would like the district managers to reprimand her. We don't need the hostility when we have done nothing to her. We barely go out to eat and I use to love eating here, she makes me not want to come back if she is going to act condescending.
I come to this location at least once a week. But, who ever was working the hard shell taco and classic tostada chicken salad station between 5:45 pm and 6:00pm on 1/14/2024 did not care about the quality of the food they put together. The hard shell (new item) was was falling apart and poorly put together, not editable and a waste my money! The tostada salad had a huge hole at the bottom and again poorly put together. They need to stop playing around and focus on their work! Not returning!
