Wide array of meal options, great recipes, great cooking, great portions, very clean restaurant, attentive and kind service. My only regret is this family-owned business has no restaurants in Los Angeles where I’m from—their food would rival any LA restaurant!

The food is delicious... but those who serve, who are the owner and family of the restaurant, always have a not very pleasant face to run a restaurant... they are always angry as if one were eating for free.

Always love their herb potatoes, whenever we come here. Wonderful seafood options, as well. Always a great value, and the service is great.

Stopped by there for breakfast. The place was such a dump, got up leaving the menus on the table and left without ordering. Concrete floor paint is peeling, windows all boarded up, just horrific to start the day in a place like that.

Quite, low-key cafe with delicious food and friendly service. Carolina was polite, expedient, and accommodating in handling my order. Definitely a place you should check on a weekend morning.

One of the best spots in the AV and we don’t have a lot.
LA Best.
They are just rude. No greeting. No smiles. You sit yourself. The places looks dirty. They windows are all covered so you feel claustrophobic, the elderly lady sitting in the corner is just watching you eat and stares, I think she must be the owner because she was also yelling to the cooks something. it's just a very strange vibe. The country potatoes are yellow and swimming in oil. I recommend new management, someone that can train everyone. Sorry, but won't coming back.
A real DIVE! No interaction, until I asked do I seat myself or ? Then forever for a meno and they don't have any breads of choice. They had a raspberry something and another something that wasn't white, wheat, rye, sourdough NOTHING. HUH? I place my order with skepticism and when the plate came, (I wished I would've taken a pic) it was cooked and tasted meh to me. This place needs an atmospheric redo FOR REAL. It reminds me of a spot in L.A., where the food is VERY GOOD, the service is great and it's always packed! It is not the best part of town, but nice music plays softly, decos are neighborhood pictures you recognize and it's comfortable. THIS PLACE... NONE OF THE ABOVE. Never more!

A nice little cafe with a little bit of something for every taste. The portions are good size and the prices are on the budget end. It's plain on the inside but cozy and comfy. The servers are good and attentive. Located across the street from Costco the parking lot is nice and large and the inside has enough room for large parties.

I didn't like the food but I think that's more due to me personally not enjoying what I chose. The service was ok. I can't say the staff is friendly but they are... Agreeable. If you're looking for a place to spend over $12 for most menu items and staff that isn't friendly but isn't rude either then I guess you could come here. You might even like the food.

Wow ...very sad I took my mother and sister after coming from City Hope .. I was very exited to take them there after the bad news we had with mother.. very disappointed the waitress where ok...I guess the owner was there wish she gave me the worse attitude I guess she's raises because the white Custer came and she was lovely but not me I'm Hispanic and the other Hispanic customers to...bad service was bad from her part I ask for napkins and instead she brought me the ✔️ wow...I would never what to go there ever ...hopefully she change her attitude ?

Great food, love the California Benedict, and today's plating had lots of sliced avocados. The coffee was rich, and the OJ was refreshing. My wife ordered oatmeal with brown sugar & milk with a side of white toast and coffee. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. He checked to make sure we had everything we wanted and refilled our coffees. The only negative would be the woman who took our drink orders. She was abrupt and turned away from me after I asked for a small OJ before I could also ask for coffee.
