Food was fantastic. The service was exceptional. Then after I was done, I was outside waiting for my ride and seen the employees assisting handicapped and the elderly folks, bringing the food to the car for them,cannot say enough to express how wonderful it was to see such wonderful wonderful and blessed respected people in a sub shop. 5stars not even high enough, absolutely amazing to see a sub shop that cares for their customers.Parking: Plaza parking.Kid-friendliness: Greeted with joyWheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible

First time at this location and it was an awful experience. The staff looked miserable and so did the manager who had the worst attitude out of everyone. The restaurant was dirty. The meat slicer was dirty and had the remnants of all the sandwiches from that day. The grill was nasty and wasn’t cleaned in a long time. How they got an A rating is incomprehensible. Going to a different location in the future.

I was impressed today... Friendly, greeted me as I came in, thanked me and said have a nice day as I left.. Offered add on's like Chips and a Drink.. Positive experience!! We'll be back and will refer others!!

Always a pleasure. Every order is correct and delicious. I love how all the sandwiches has plenty of meat and so flavorful. This is our go to for all our company meetings and events. Staff is so friendly I always recommend Jersey Mikes. We will continue to be a huge supporter.

I won't support any Jersey Mike's location anymore. I usually order two Cancros every week. It's always hit or miss with how accurately it's made. At any location. If I question the amount of roast beef, these kids get rude and tell me "this is how it's made". Todays visit, the meat was only 4 slices. I knew it was way off. The guy serving the veggies came over, looked at my sandwich, made a face, then looked at me with a scared look on his face. He could tell something was wrong! I told him "umm hey, can I get like 1-2 more slices of roast beef". He said "Yes of course". He asked another worker to slice some roast beef for him. Another boy came over, took off the pepperoni, counted 4 slices and said "That's how much is supposed to be on there, I have to charge you for double meat". I was not surprised. That's the usually answer I always get at any Jersey Mike's when I question the lack of meat on a Cancro. I said forget it and took it as is. I came home. Took the roast beef out and weighed it. Apparently according to their 'Slice Guide', the amount of roast beef on a Regular is supposed to be 4.1 ounces. Mine weighed in at 2.5 ounces. Even visually you could tell there was barely any meat on the bread. Even the employee noticed it was wrong, but went with what the other boy said. So far, corporate doesn't seemed to care about any customer complaint, because I myself, other friends of mine, and a few people in an online food group, have made several complaints, and nothing.Also at this location, last week, while waiting for the sandwich to be made. I noticed the handle for the relish was deep in the mayo. An employee just pulled it out and continued to use the mayo like nothing was wrong. Lying to customers and selling them less product than what they actually charge you for... I wonder if that's illegal.

Out of all of the jerseys mikes locations I have visited this had to be the worst. I counted 4 different people over the assembly line plus 3 in the back and it took well over 20 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me. The employees literally stared at each other and gave looks as if it was not their job to finish a sub. They were moving so slow it gave a fly a chance to land on my order. After making a fuss they tossed it and the 4 employees all acted like they had no control over what was going on. By the time I got my new order a long line had developed with frustrated customers waiting on unfinished subs that no one wanted to touch. I surely did not envy anyone behind me today.

I eat here at least 2 times a week. Because I'm not eating a custom sandwich. Every time I come the price is different the woman who in the front, and it's always the same woman, short Hispanic lady charges a different price at every visit today I finally called her out on it and she gave me so much attitude, even the people in line were looking at her crazy. The location on K is much better and I will drive out of my way now to go there instead looking at these reviews it's pretty much all the same about the staff, considering the owner is the same for both locations he should really do something about it because most patrons who come to Jersey Mike's are regulars.
