Was given the time and didn’t feel rushed for my order. Had to wait a few minutes which I didn’t mind but they took longer than what they had told me and without me saying anything or asking about the wait time they rewarded my wait time with a complimentary drink.Would return here without any worries of the serviceThank you guys

The worker Julianna was being over excessively rude to my mom. No respect.

This place under serve food items and they are quick to say for an extra $1.00 you can have more. There are no entrees ready, and they try to get you to select from entrees that are old and should have been removed from the selection. The cook on this night was to busy people watching and not cooking. When people or waiting for food to be ready. There was a floor manager who seemed confused about how the food should flow as the customers order. The staff on the line, and cashier had to speed things up.Just Wow!A lot of Micro aggression at this location from Hispanic staff, and while you are still standing there they will offer the other customer something extra. The pandemic is over, and people are out here patronizing these business, and spending their hard earned money, and being asked to accept any kind of service like we are still in the pandemic phase. Owners' speak with your staff or monitor your store before you start losing business.

Saturday, about 1230pm, Stopped in for a couple teriyaki bowls. The young lady behind the counter didn't seem to want to be there. There were no customers in front of us, we ordered and added springs rolls which they had to prepare and it would be 3 mins. I asked for extra teriyaki on the side, no problem she says, no smile, no conversation, even when we were trying to engage. Two customers came in so she passed us off to another young lady. I reminded of extra teriyaki and she acknowledged somehow without a smile...We waited for the rolls, finally about 8 minutes later, she rang us up and I asked for extra Teriyaki and she said she got it and it's in the bag.We paid and left without a thank you.I'm not asking for any doting but just common courtesy. We walks out and both agreed that they must be having a bad day.By the way, when we got home, no teriyaki, no just no extra teriyaki, there's was NONE on either bowl. There's better places with nicer people to get you bowls!Food: mehService: lameAmbiance: irrelevant We won't be going there again.

This place was great! Issac and the cook were very welcoming and enthusiastic to service. The cook even suggested and served me fresh honey walnut shrimp as I was choosing the main entrees. Food was deliciously and energy here was great. Thanks guys

Not sure what's happened to this company and it's quality control. It's just not there. We walked in at 3:30pm and almost all the dishes were empty. So we waited for Honey Walnut Shrimp, Chow Mein and Orange Chicken to be made. Also got the Mushroom Chicken and fried rice. The orange chicken was hard, dry and tasted sour. Hardly any chicken. The chow mein was ok. So many onions, cabbage & other veggies, hardly any noodle. Walnut shrimp was good. Fried rice was Not edible at all! It was so dry and hard! Do these cooks not taste the food they're making?? Obviously Not! Two entire orders of fried rice went in the trash. Mushroom chicken tasted good, but only got three pieces of mushroom. Overall, it was a waste of money. Only two items were actually edible. So... we're still hungry after eating the only edible items. In a previous visit, the orange chicken was super sour. We were told by the manager that the cook forgot an ingredient. Not good food at all. Won't be going to any Panda Express anymore. Complete waste of money. Try Panda Wok on Avenue K & 20th West, near Starbucks. Way better quality, larger portions and lower price.

Workers informed me that everything is cross contaminated so if you have an allergy, don't eat here. Very unprofessional and very rude.

Out of the few locations nearby this location never gives the proper full portions. I highly recommend driving a few more miles to another Panda Express.Adding insult to injury they also raised prices across the board so it’s definitely not worth visiting another location.
