Ordered 50 dollars worth of food that never showed up. They claimed to send a replacement and that never showed up, called just before closing to find out what was going on and the phones were off. 2 hours of my life spent hungry.

I had a big problem with the pizza hut staff on 10th street W and I decided to come here. Best choice ever. The guy who took my order josh was very polite and he wasted no time. I will definitely be coming here from now on. Don’t go to the pizza hut on 10th street W come to this

Pizza Hut fired all their long term drivers and use Door Dash and the Dasher couldn't find my apartment and when the called me, they didn't speak English so they could not follow my directions to find my apartment. Pizza Hut on Avenue K should be ashamed. Firing all their employees right before the Holidays!!

Well, this was my 2nd trip trying to redeem my bday reward. The 1st time the code wouldn't work. After trying thru my email I went to the store. The clerk said try the app or the website. Neither one worked & after that she couldn't tell me anything else to try & the code was expiring that night. She couldn't even give me a phone # that I could call for help. I did find a couple of #'s, the 1st wasn't helpful but the 2nd # was hut rewards & she was great, said she would send me a new code & when I went to get it, the code was there AND it worked. Yay! So, I got the free breadsticks & also bought a super supreme pizza with 30% off & the pizza was delicious, hot & later cold. I was glad that this went much smoother than the 1st time, thanks mostly to the lady at the hut reward #, I wish I knew her name.

I ate there at noon on a weekday. The service was friendly and the food arrived as expected. I ordered a personal pizza with lot of toppings. It was small, but good. No complaints.
Worst experience! The delivery driver demands $20 or more. Wow that's crazy. The pizzas weren't that good with barely any cheese on pizzas. Won't be going back.

Took two hours to show up, missing items, and the rest was barely warm. The manager claims he excused most of the staff because it was "slow", until it wasn't. They were understaffed as a result. He offered credit to make good, but that didn't help last night. Dinner at 11pm when I ordered after 8. Never again.
