Amazing service, large rolls and delicious teriyaki chicken. The cucumber soju is fantastic and not watered down at all. it was so good we forgot to take a picture again. Try the salmon lemon AMAZING!

The worst place ever... they put hot rolls with raw fish rolls, the salmon was store bought, do not order from here... it's to go only and once u leave well its already paid for... stay away this is the worst place I've been to, really...store bought salmon... I wasted my money took half a bite of my rolls before being disgusted 1 look at the baked mussels and couldn't even touch them... looked like barf on top shut this place down

I've been in the mood for sushi semi new to the area I found this place on Yelp. They currently do not have in door dining, placed me order over the phone and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived and my food was read. The food was good and I'll be coming back.

Super amazing food. I miss the sit down style been over a year now sense we've been able to sit down only take out style sill great food . I recommend calling an hour or two before you want your food as there is always a wait sadly. They are not doing all you can eat so make sure you know what you want and are willing to pay that price and wait a while. Again amazing food just a bit of wait due to no sit down

We usually go to Big Tuna but they were closed for a new Years so we tried this place. It's a little pricier and the menu is more complicated and harder to read. They only do takeout currently and they give you the order all boxed up and tied up in plastic bags... which apparently is unfortunate because they forgot to put in everything I ordered and we didn't realize it until we got home. We were not going back for it and so not only did I pay more than our regular place... we paid for items we didn't receive. Also the place is hard to find. They have the sign across the street with a different complex and yet they are not located there. It feels a little sketchy. If you don't have anywhere else to go, this is your spot. But check your order before you walk away to make sure you get what you paid for. On the bright side... the sushi was good. The rolls weren't anything spectacular but nothing was wasted at my house so that's a win for me.
Friendly staff and delicious food! Sometimes there can be a wait, but it's understandable. I just watch an episode of TV in the meantime. My favorite rolls are the spicy tuna roll & rainbow roll.

I've been a couple of other sushi places around the Palmdale-Lancaster area, and I have to say that Saku Saki has got them beat. I'm a big fan of the fresh & baked rolls, and my favorite roll from them is probably the rainbow roll (huge recommendation!). The lunch specials are definitely one of the biggest perks. Plus, the atmosphere is also pretty cool! Even though there's no dine-in, I like looking at the Japanese aesthetic they've got going on when I pick up my to-go order. The service is fairly good as well, I usually try to make it a point not to eat/order at places during hectic hours though. Overall, delicious food and chill ambience.

I usually don't write reviews, but I come here often enough that it's well deserved. I come to Saku Saki whenever I feel like having sushi, and it never disappoints. The food is always good, the ambience and decor are beautiful, and the prices are very reasonable. I often order the Dynamite Roll among other rolls, and whenever I make special requests (like no red onion or cucumber) they always make it just how I like it. I also always receive great service from Lynn, who always takes my call when I place an order for carryout. She is a lovely, friendly person who always makes sure that everything is just right when I come to pick up my order. I am never disappointed whenever I order here, and if you're looking for a good restaurant for sushi or other Japanese food, this is your place.
