It was our first time at this location& our last, We have been treated unprofessionally, & I'll tell you why,... we asked for the hottest sauces & she offered 2 different sauces for each bowl... It was a cold day so she asked us where were we going to be parked, we told her exactly the model of the car and what direction we were parked, we waited and kept looking for them to come over or to wave at us, after some time I head back and the cook tells me where was I and they were waiting for us, I was shocked that the woman didnt communicate where we were, that was unprofessional. We could've picked up the food sooner but it's just sitting there... so next problem I ask the cook is there 2 sauces for each bowl and he pauses and turns to give me another 2 and he says he'll put in an extra one, & then come to find out When we drive off , we had to come right back!!! The 2 green sauces they gave us are similar in taste and not at all spicy! So I go and ask if she remembers we asked for the hottest sauce they have , she says "oh it's in my car I made it fresh but haven't had time to fill them in their containers", That tells me she knew she had to do all of that and didn't communicate to the cooks that's what we needed, she takes an extra 5-10 minutes to get the sauces, and at the end of it all, the hottest sauce(chipotle) was trash, the taste of the mint sauce and green sauce which tasted similar to each other are meant for samosas and Indian cuisine , not for chicken and beef bowls over rice, and those bowls were so pathetic, you have the flavorless rice, the small amount of meat , the sliced radishes and curled cucumber for $13 each bowl!!!! Absolutely No flavor, the only enjoyment you will get is the meat & that was a small portion, "A literal rice bowl" which is A waste of money!!! And the naan breads were huge thick floppy dough breads which I could've just bought one and shared. If you know malhi's naan breads, it was double the fluff, too much doughy bread for a simple way that malhi's makes it, don't dare ordering. It's pathetic, there's no fusion whatsoever, "flavorless tandoori no fusion... " new name

Underwhelmed. Looked forward to trying it all week and came away mostly disappointed. Flavors were amazing but their meat to naan to veggie ratio was off in the worst way. Wouldn't turn it down if it was free but came away feeling like I should have just gone to Rubio's. Wouldn't run to the next Lucky Luke event they attend.

We decided to check out Tandoori Fusions last night and sure glad we did! We wanted to try a little of everything so we ordered the butter chicken naan taco, tri-tip naan taco, grilled shrimp naan taco, and the tri-tip bowl. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. The spices they use are full of depth and pair well with all of the proteins. We also tried the sauces including the spicy chipotle and avocado tomatillo - yum!! All the food was good as is, but you can kick up the spice level a bit with the sauces. We will definitely be going back again to try more. It was nice they were at a brewery so we could have some beers while we waited for the food. Nice to see a little more variation in the AV!

I just tried this food truck yesterday at Lucky Luke's and it's amazing! I ordered the tri tip and butter chicken tacos, delicious! I'm glad to see more Indian food spots open up around the AV. The wait time is kinda long but it's worth it.

If you want true authentic Indian flavors do visit this place. They have Tandoor by the food truck and make the naan to order. Best place in the town. It’s a true fusion! Try any taco and you will want to take one for your family too. It’s that good!

Tried their food for the first time yesterday during a local food truck night over on Ave L-8 and 50th. I ordered the Paneer Taco ($8), Butter Chicken Bowl ($12) and a Cornish Hen Dinner ($25). It took about 25 minutes for the entire order to be ready and the cashier mentioned it's due to the Cornish Hen cook time. I let this slide and just trusted the process. Now, let me start off by saying the first two dishes were great but unfortunately, the Cornish Hen was a miss and a potential food poising nightmare. I also try not to post reviews like this especially to a newly established business but I am hoping this would encourage them to be more proactive with the situation. I reached out to the business via Instagram to let them know the chicken was very much undercooked. I have even sent pictures and was hoping for a response of some sort but did not receive any (although they had time to post a featured review on their IG a few hours after my message -- even more disappointing). The dinner plate also promised some fresh garlic naan that was nowhere to be found. It was super disappointing considering the price ($25!) and the main attraction of the dish is inedible. Due to this, my husband had to throw out the food just in case the raw juices spilled over to the rest of the dish. Definitely would recommend to stay away from the Cornish Hen dinner plate until they have the cook time figured out. Also, sadly won't be dining with them anytime soon solely based on the lack of response.
