Delicious flavors! I've been on the lookout for Burmese places locally ever since discovering Burmese food in NorCal a few years back. First time trying Burmese food. Good, interesting flavors. Somewhat familiar when compared to other, more popular cuisines from the region but still distinct. The location is not a traditional restaurant. It's a ghost kitchen setup where there's a constant flow of food delivery drivers coming in and out, but there is a little bar seating setup with about 6 stools, so you could eat here as I did with my family. The owner is such a nice lady.

I've been craving the rainbow noodle salad for a long time. I used to go to a place in my hometown that ended up closing down due to Covid. But Mandalay Eats has more than made up for my cravings. Tea Leaf Salad: light, delicious, and just the perfect amount of tart. Would definitely get again Rainbow Noodle Salad: delicious and a huge serving size. Definitely plan on becoming a regular here. The food is delicious and satisfying. And reasonably portioned for the price.
