I don't normally leave received but damn. Ordered a few times from here in the past 5 months or so. Every time the order is messed up. Driver through sucks, the rice is bland as hell and so is the chow mien. Ordered black pepper chicken and I got black pepper steak? How do you mess that up?

I never write reviews on when it comes to restaurants, but Jocelyn at the drive thru window was so incredibly rude it’s crazy. The food was fine but man quit your job if you hate it THAT much ?
Lady tried to charge me for a refill after I spent 40$ in food. This panda is cheap as hell. You have been warned. Poor service. Very rude people. Food has gotten really bad. Do better Panda Express.

I asked for extra soy sauce I was willing to pay for 15 packets any where I've ever gone the will pay they will give you what you ask for if you paid for it here at Panda Express they refused to give me extra packets I asked for 15 said I would pay for all 15 packets because I use a lot of soy sauce they refused to give it to me and said they wouldn't give it to me unify was paying for it but nobody else any other fast-food restaurants and wouldn't do that to me so that's the one thing I can say that they need to work on if we're willing to pay for it shouldn't be an issue I don't know why it was an issue I'm disappointed in that because I can buy sauce in any restaurants and they will just charge me for it they usually charge ten cents a packet but you know it is what it is they didn't want to give me what I asked for which was very disappointing and makes me not want to go back but I love Chinese food so maybe I'll still go backs a little Chinese food I guess I just have to buy myself a bottle of soy sauce and keep it with me because it Panda Express they don't give you what you ask for when you're willing to pay for it

Plates really poor. Instead of making more entries they just put you left overs " all veggies ". Also, rude service!!

What a great establishment!!! Whoever is running this place keep training your staff the way you do. Two reasons I say this.The food is all fresh! Not many places you to can say the same.The second reason is the staff is always moving even when there seems to be nothing to do and they are always in a customer first state of mind. For example there were no customers in line and everyone seemed to be cleaning or stocking items. The lady running the register was stocking the drink cooler and the minute a customer walked in every chimed in with a sincere “Welcome” and the lady stocking the drink cooler dropped what she was doing and immediately took his order. Now that’s what I call professionalism. Great job panda staff.

I went drive through and ordered a bigger plate. Cashier was very fast to rush my order so I could make it to the next window. Didn't think much until I parked my car and my order was wrong. Rice was not steamed white, and they forgot my side portion. Didnt bother to go inside the place was dead empty. Kind of annoying how this always occurs.
