The two times I came here the supreme fries were not good any other Alberto's is better avoid this place. And I decided to give it another chance so I placed a online order for 2 fish tacos and they give me beefAnd the food just looks sadAvoid this place

The food at this Albertos is different from others. The carne asada burrito is not the same, way too soggy. Not sure why they are different but not going back to this one, unfortunately.

Please save your money. We went to this Albertos location for the first time today and I'm sad to say we're out about $35 on food we barely took a few bites of. The food we got here was awful. The carne asada on the fries and the burrito we got were absolutely inedible. Nothing but fat and gristle. The quesadilla my daughter got was slightly burnt and dry. The salsa was no good. This place is absolutely nothing like the Albertos in Redlands.
Do Not Eat at this place. The food here is not what it seems, I order a super nacho and it was very sad to the point I couldn’t eat it. The chips were soggy before I could even eat it I drove 3mins from this place and my nacho were cold and soggy. Spending a lot of money on this place to not get good food is ashamed. Not Having a drive way was telling me all I needed about this place sadly. 4 dollars for one taco is crazy they don’t put no onions, cilantro, and one give lemon like if should have is crazy. They don’t know how to cook.

If I could give them no stars I would the food was horrible and customer service was even worse the taquitos were freezer burned and the Carne asada fries were sad and no favor and drinks had no ice.

I would recommend to change the cook too many complaints about the food here! For my experience got a carne asada burrito very salty!! You guys put to much Seasoning on your meat!!! I bet you the cook would not serve this type of food in there house!!! Worst Alberto's ever!!! Oh and for the owner, please read your reviews and stop Ignoring the comments it might Actually help your restaurant out.

I've never had a problem with any Alberto's till today 11/3/23 I ordered the California burrito and as I was eating my lunch I bit down on something that felt very hard and sharp. Not good !! Come on Alberto'
