I’ve been here several times and the food and service have always been excellent. It’s also good value for the money which is a big plus given how expensive dining out has gotten.

You definitely get your monies worth with the amount of Veal they put in the Veal Marsala. I should have asked for no Marinara Sauce on the Pasta, but that was very good as well. The Bread was excellent. I was not a fan of the Tiramasu, but they gave me a Cheesecake in its place. I would definitely go back if I am in the area again.

Shrimp was crunchy but tasted like it was seasoned with sea salt. The bread had volume and was soft to bite into. The scallops were hot and had a smooth texture.

Not very flavorful. Wasn't a great vibe. I love Italian food and can honestly say this place wasn't worth it.

Great service from the staff. Food was delicious. Plenty of seating. Beers were frosty cold. My only suggestion is to have the restaurant room temp to be colder. Maybe the hot delicious food and the cold beers made me hot. LoL Just to finish, dessert was very good. Staff made our birthday celebration special. My wife and I will be regulars from now on.

Our book club came here for the first time in our long 10 year history, and we were delighted to experience this treasure! Don’t let the plaza appearance fool you…inside this restaurant is amazing!!! A wonderful ambiance for a date or nice meal, the food was delicious, and our server (Amanda) was wonderful. Will definitely be back with the husband for date night, and if you’re looking for a great place to have your bookclub (quiet vibe with delicious food made quickly)—look no further!

Everything was so so... margherita pizza crust too thick too much cheese... sliced basil was disappointing..
Clam on the pasta was the only decent amount and taste.. I will not order again..

Terrible. Never going again. The food was awful and everything was over priced. The soup or salad and garlic bread did not come with the entree. Instead everything was sold separately. 7.00 for a thin soggy dinner salad served with the dressing already poured and soaked over wilted lettuce. The House Italian dressing wasn’t anything close to Italian. It tasted exactly like they mixed egg yolk, mustard and vinegar and poured it over my salad. It had the consistency and color of raw yolk. Couldn’t eat it. The lasagna had a rotten sour after taste to it, not sure if it was from the meat or the ricotta cheese. We also ordered the burgundy chicken which usually comes with a semi transparent red wine sauce but instead it came with a dark brown, heavily starched gravy poured all over a piece of dry chicken breast. The only thing good about this place was the bread rolls. Sadly the bill was 85.00. The server was friendly enough when he came around. Its pretty hard to mess up Italian food imo, but they managed to accomplish that quite well. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone wanting real Italian food. The Inside was nice and clean, I’ll give them that.

Food was fantastic. Some of the best Italian food we've ever had. Service was a little slow, but otherwise great experience.

Everything about Napoli was great...especially our server...patient, kind and responsive.

They mixed up our order. The way they fixed it was to pick out the chicken from one dish and put it in the other, rather than making new dishes. There were spaghetti pieces in the Penne dish and a hair in the spaghetti dish, so gross! I'm surprised the waiter didn't see it as he put the plates on the table. I didn't even finish the dish, the chicken was tough and not good, food and service didn't match the prices they were asking. So disappointed.

Napoli Italian Restaurant in Ontario, California, is a true gem! The Chicken Marsala was perfection—tender chicken in a rich, flavorful sauce, perfectly paired with pasta and mushrooms
