I was in town for the weekend and graved a good Halohalo drink (desert). Loved it....and great/friendly customer service!! The food was pretty good as well.

If you can wait more than 30 minimum to get your drink. You can go. Very slow staff. Just two girls works. Really slow service.

Yummie Chocolate Ice cream, and a super creative topping for the cake, with a delightful taste, further, super good customer service who are always looking forward to assist. I look forward to paying a visit for a much longer experience.

It's an ok B&J location but not much to choose from. I ended up going with the pre-packed butter pecan which has always been my favorite. It's a nice shop! Only ice cream to go. To tell you the truth you can go to the local store and find more flavors than this location

Everytime I go there they don't have something from the menu. The service is good so 4 stars

No mask worn by employee. The Ice cream tasted chalky-we had a couple people try it. Even our 5 year old who loves ice cream wouldn't eat it. The whip cream was also rotten. Never again.

Nothing special about the shop, less flavors then my local grocery store and you can't even see the ice cream.

How can you not give ice cream anything less then 5 stars?
I love stopping by Ben and Jerry's, since I was 9 years old and I still enjoyed having berry sorbet and chocolate brownie ice cream this month. Also, I love using the stamps to have a one small free cup or cone, if I go over there once in a while. Yet, I'll eventually get a free birthday rewards next year.

way overpriced for what you get.

I would like to file a complaint about the service I received today on August 1, 2021 around noon at the 7leaves location on Brookhurst and McFadden. One of your employees had been careless about sealing the drink cup and at the drive-thru as I was being handed the drinks in the cup holders, one of the drinks with the loose seal had tipped over and caused for the drink to be spilled all over the interior of my just recently bought new car. In addition, this mess would've been prevented if the drinks in the cupholder were to be handed all within a bag, however they were not and was probably the reason why one of the drinks tipped over so easily and spilled. Although they had replaced my drink, not one of your employees had apologized (except for the shift leader, Linh). My family and I are frequent, loyal customers of 7leaves and are disappointed at this behavior and service we were provided today. We would greatly appreciate it to know if we will be compensated in some way and/or know that some precautionary action will be taken to avoid incidents like these.

The single star is due to the fact that on July 22 (around 2:30 p.m.), a very youthful employee was not wearing a mask as required now by Los Angeles County Health due to the delta variant. Ironically, the employee was standing near a sign advertising masks for sale for $8.00. A sign was also posted telling customers to wear a mask.
