Longganisa and Tocino sizzling plates are good. Portions are on the small side (me being fat). Comes with a soup.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for lunch while visiting the area. We had the chicken adobo, the crispy bangus, the lemon butter wings, the ube flan, turon ala mode, and the house blend ice tea. It was all delicious! Perfect portions and flavors. If you are looking to try new and familiar flavors of classic Filipino dishes, I would highly suggest this spot. The service was very personable and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Filipino cuisine is definitely one of my favorite type of food. I've been a fan of lumpia since I was young and Cuizina Filipino Cuisine definitely knows how to make these delicious bite size treats enjoyable along with the dipping sauce that is tangy. The lemon pepper wings were also hitting the spot with a yogurt like sauce which had some zest. Now for the main course, the sig sig was definitely packing some flavor. Paired up with some garlicky rice and a runny egg it was perfectly executed. Then my favorite was the pork belly with adobo sauce. It was sweet and savory. I definitely recommend this restaurant. It's traditional with some fusion thrown in there. I can't wait to go back!

I'm always down to try new things...especially when it comes to food. So I took a trip over to Cuizina Filipino Cuisine on the Westside of Long Beach for my first Filipino food experience. They're a cool spot serving up some traditional style Filipino food with a modern twist. Here's what I had. This dish is deep fried pork belly with veggies (eggplant, green beans, spinach), shrimp paste, and with peanut sauce. The pork belly had a nice crisp to it and was wonderfully savory. The sauce had a great creamy sweetness to it and went really well with the pork belly. It also came with sinegang (egg drop soup) and was a nice flavorful addition. This plate consisted of the Longganisa, steamed rice topped with a fried egg, a vegetable medley, and chef's special vinegar sauce. The sausage had a sweet & salty taste going on which I really dug. Chef's special vinegar sauce was a great accompaniment for the everything on the plate and I used it all. This dessert was a really great treat and perfect balance to the meal. The Turon-egg roll was filled with plantains, Jackfruit and brown sugar. It had a nice sweet starchy flavor that I enjoyed. Jack fruit ice cream wasn't overly sweet and came in nice and creamy. All in all, my first Filipino food was a really good one! The flavors were new but somewhat familiar. Everything on Cuizina's menu looked good and I'll definitely be back for more. Get on down and show them some love!!

Very good food. The crispy kare-kare is their trademark that everyone should try. Their prices are practically not that expensive. They have a nice ambiance. I would definitely come back to try the sisig and their popular lechon belly. Kudos

I'm so glad I found this place. I overheard a conversation about Filipino food at work and got a craving for it. Went on Yelp and found Cuizina Filipino Cuisine. I always getSisig whenever I hit up a Filipino spot. The sisig plate I got was the perfect lunch. Everything was just right. I love how the plate comes with a fried egg on top of the rice and a small portion of soup. Service was fast and staff very friendly. I'm going to miss this place once I no longer work in the area. Guess I'll just have to keep coming here for lunch till I no longer work in Long Beach.
