Waited an obscene amount of time for my order to be WRONG. Addressed that but they left items off my order too so I had to go back in and collect those after all that time and waiting. My birria quesadilla had almost no meat in it and my ramen had a cube of beef floating in the middle. 100% not birria. My fries are cold and MY GUACAMOLE HAD A STICKER IN IT! WORST Del Taco experience EVER.Joey, the manager on duty tried to make it better. The only redeeming part of my experience.

Food was very poor quality, lettuce was old and they put big full chunks on my tacos from the middle part of the lettuce. Tortillas were hardly even cooked, cold and hard. Not that hard to make sure you are providing good quality food and service.

I asked for fresh food and while i was at the register the cashier told the cook to make the order fresh. So on my way home i was being greedy and opened up my chili cheese fries to eat one and they were so cold and nasty my stomach turned.

So we stopped to have lunch I had to go to the restroom to take my shot. I went to the restroom it was so gross I was actually afraid to eat the food because your restroom is indicative of how clean your kitchen is. You all can judge for yourself I took photos. I never want to go back to this place again.

We are extremely disappointed! The two Birria tacos were very good. But... the Birria Ramen was not up to par. I received a 1/2 a cup. The photo on your menus showed a full cup. Went back to question the staff and they said that is what we are supposed to get. That's not fair!!! Noodles are cheap!!! We will never order this again and we are going to put this on yelp! I'm mad for spending $5.79 + tax for a 1/2 a cup of noodles with a little sauce. No bueno!!! I can get a cup of noodles for 25cents. This is a big rip off! I feel very cheated! Should have gotten my money back. We like our Del Taco on Palo Verdi and stearns. They seem to be more professional. This Del Taco seems blahhhh! You need to train your people better! End of rant!

Part of my order was missing and none of the food was securely wrapped. I don’t think wrapping a burrito is rocket science. Sloppy presentation F for effort. Hire some people that will better represent your establishment at this location.
