Boba was soft and properly made, drink was tasty (I had a Thai Tea), and my drink came with a reusable plastic bottle which was nice. This cost only a little over 6 bucks which I was shocked by.Boba places have gotten a little out of hand with pricing now but this place does a wonderful job keeping that balance with what you get and the price you pay.Service was very friendly and drinks came out quickly. I would come back again!

Do not follow the Yelp address! Search for the Edward's cinema and it is right next to it at the mall. It is a small shop with no indoor seating but there are places outside to sit and enjoy your drink or go check out the mall. They always give their drinks in reusable bottles (sometimes plastic and sometimes glass). But the price of the drinks are not expensive and cheaper than some other boba shops. The quality of the bottles is great. I still use the ones I got 5+ years ago. I got their straight Cafe Sua Da, which is the Vietnamese coffee. The Cafe Sua Da is Vietnamese coffee plus milk. They both come with sea salt foam but you can ask without. I also ordered two without ice because I was taking it home to family members and the staff was kind enough to do it without ice and explained to me that it will not be filled to the top since it didn't have ice (which was of course fine). It was one staff member working the whole shop of taking order and making them but she was quick on her feet and the drinks were great. Strong and sweet. Their teas are normally too sweet and not enough tea flavor so I usually get their ice coffees. Check their Instagram page for their updated cup designs as they always do collabs with other companies.

We are seriously addicted to BobaThe boba drinks are 4 out of 5 here the containers are cute but feels wasteful at Roasting. Pro tip:"Ume" in west LA is the only 5 out of 5 right now. It's next to a Wells Fargo across from the coffee bean and Starbucks. Expect a line during peak hours.

I decided to come here mostly for the cute cups they give with each order but ended up loving the amazing taste of their boba drinks. I'm already a boba lover and considering it's only a couple minutes away from my school, I'm planning to go back whenever I have stressful days.

I'm a regular customer at Roasting Water and I've been to all three locations (Long Beach, Westminster, and Garden Grove). I love their drinks so much because it always taste so refreshing. I've tried Heavenly Kiss, Attraction, Strawberry Blonde, Jack N Jill, and RW Coffee! It's all amazing and I will continue to try their other items. I only wish the bottles were bigger, but it's fine. The bottles are super cute as they change the designs often. Most of drinks are $7 which is abit more than I want to pay for, but their drinks really are good enough for me to come back for more

Boba is just ok. On the pricey side but not sure if the quality matches the prices. In a convenient area with a lot of foot traffic. If your happen to be hanging out in that area and want some boba , it's not bad

Came here on a Sunday around 3:30pm a little wait to order. Got the Strawberry Blonde tasted okay more on the tangy side. Cute cup. They have cute merch in store to buy limited seating.

Average tea house, the most memorable part is the cups. Inside the shop, the menu is only at the checkout, wish it was larger or posted in another area. Can't see the menu until you are ordering and they seemed annoyed that we didn't know exactly what we wanted when we got to the front of the line, but had no clue what was offered until you made it to the front.
I have wanted to go to Roasting Water and finally happened to be in the area to try it out! It is a cute boba place on the smaller side that sells adorable items such as kitchenware. The line was incredibly slow moving and long for a Tuesday evening. We saw about three people working there but two of them spent most of the time cleaning instead of helping with the drinks or working the register so a few people walked out of line due to the wait. I got one of their Chill Me drinks called a Frozen Sunrise ($6.95) which is a blended mango and coconut topped with mango and strawberry bits. It is refreshing and not very sweet which was surprising since mango is usually sweet. The bottle is cute featuring pandas. They definitely need to hire more staff to be more efficient!

I'm disappointed with how much the prices have gone up and how small the cups have gotten. It's not even worth coming here anymore. In addition, the drinks aren't fresh, I found little chunks of milk in my drink. I was disgusted and couldn't even bring it back because I already drove away.It's ridiculous that if you ask for "no ice" you get way less drink, considering how small the drinks are to begin with. Overall, you should not waste your money coming to this location as there are better boba shops in the area.

Extremely disappointed in how small the cups have gotten, this is crazy how the prices have gone up and the cups are not even cups, they are a basically a pool noodle. Came in at 8pm and they were out of boba, lychee jelly, bananas, peanut butter, and jackfruit so basically half the things on the menu were unorderable. The workers there were also extremely rude, especially the girl making the drinks. We ordered 5 drinks and they wouldn't even give me cup holder to carry them in
