Because this location is on campus it's usually busy most of the time, and there's a long line after students leave class mid afternoon and during finals week. However, the service is great and I know those baristas are working their butts off. If you have the Tapingo app then you know it's a little to virtually no wait when you order as you're walking to the place. There's lots of seating here and it's in a convenient location on campus right after you get off the up escalator.
Great place.. Customer service was really good and friendly. Wait time wasn't too bad. Actually considering all the traffic from the area school kids the wait time was exceptional. If you do not mind the chattiness of high school and younger kids then this place really is great all around...

I've been here multiple times & its my go to for coffee on campus. The cashiers always greet me w/ a smile & all the baristas have been helpful when needed. The store regularly has a line out the door but the workers are speedy and make great drinks regardless.
