There is another subway closer to my apartment but I come here because the veggies are always fresh and the service is unmatched. Erica and the young gentleman that works at night are awesome!

I went here yesterday around 5-6pm and their workers are RUDE and LAZY!!! I was warned by my mother abt them prior to going, the customer service was HORRIBLE! I was ready to leave all 3 of my sandwiches and go to another subway, but it wasn't in my character to do so. The lady made my sandwiches with an attitude, gave me the 3 tiny remaining tomatoes, and said she would have to go to the back to get more, yet she refused to. Also they wouldn't bring more Swiss cheese or shredded cheese to the front, which led me to ask are they closing soon, I was ignored. I told the woman "a little mustard", and she put a lot. She put all the olives on one side of my Grannies sandwich, and hardly toasted my sandwiches. I'll never go to this location again, I felt prejudiced vibes, they once had a kind and pleasant staff but what I dealt with was disrespectful & intolerable.

The owner of this subway is the kindest person I've met in ages.. I came in in the morning just to get a coffee and charge my phone so I could call triple a because my car and phone are dead. I wasn't trying to vent about my dilemma or anything just find an outlet and buy some coffee, but he read the stress on my face and was so kind and compassionate.. cares about his business and most importantly the customers. he was so kind he didn't even let me pay for the coffee. Idk if I'm just being emotional but I feel like this man just restored my faith in humanity

My husband and I used to go to this Subway every couple of weeks. They no longer accept our coupons that come in our mail. They are not "participants" for the coupons any longer. They also have the Subway by Walmart on South Street which will no longer accept our coupons. So now we go to other Subway locations who do accept them.
