They can't follow simple instructions. Asked for easy mustard and mayo and my whole sandwich wrapper was drenched with mustard. My sandwich bread had mustard all over it. Couldn't even enjoy what we paid for.

Slowest service possible despite no one being here. Not the first time there are rude workers too. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes or drive to another location!

Today, on my lunch break, my co wokers did a pick-up order from Subway for the first time, and we were very disappointed. Upon arrival, the employees can be seen and heard arguing with the previous customers. I was so terrified I went back to my car. The employees were not wearing gloves. We went back inside and received the order and noticed that the drinks were missing. We inquired about it, and the employee stated we didn't pay for any. Because it was an online order, we had to go back to the office to verify on our other co workers phone. We did, in fact, pay for drinks because we all got meals. We called the restaurant to inform them about the mix-up and to request a refund. The employee Carolina had a major attitude and kept insisting that the error was on our end. She refused to give us her superiors information. She just kept going back and forth with us. Then, she stated we had to come in to get a refund or the drinks. Which made no sense because it was an online order. One of the sandwiches was missing ingredients and had incorrect ingredients on it. None of the sandwiches were cut in half. I will not be returning to this location.

Place was nasty inside and out and EVERYBODY working there were not smart (trying to be nice) 2 stars are to much. Look at the mess on the wrap of my husband's sandwich, look at the chairs outside ALL of them had that thick black s*** in them, look at the counter where you throw the trash. Unacceptable with 3 d*** as broads working there. I mean ALL OF them were slow. 3 blind mice. Owner needs to care more about the business or just sell it to someone who does. NASTY NASTY NASTY. Look at one of the blind mice with all that luxurious hair MAKING YOUR FOOD. No wonder there was a picture of a hair in food on here. The owner ought to be shamed of their selves. My suggestions are the following: 1. Retrain the long hair girl without a hair net. 2. RETRAIN EVERYBODY 3. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN 4. GET SOME NEW GADAM CHAIRS 4. THEY NEED TO WEAR HAIR NETS
