Service is very disappointing. Sat at the bar to watch the TVs and in hopes of getting faster service. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the servers for at least 5 minutes, yet the restaurant was not that busy. One of the bartenders was too busy on her phone. When we received our food, the servers never returned to check on us and see if we needed anything or ask how the food was. This is not the only time we have had a bad experience here. We won't be returning.

This is the second and last time we are going there. Both times we sat at the bar. Tonight it took over 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Once we got our food we were left alone. Never asked how our food was, if we needed anything. All the while, the 3 bartenders were at the end closest to the kitchen area. At times on their phone or talking to regular customers. The customer sitting at the end of the bar experienced the same, 10 minutes before acknowledged.

Very bad experience, we sat for more than 20 minutes and no one helped us. We asked twice for a waiter and they never helped us. I don't recommend it. I put a star so I can comment.

We decided to try Fridays since we hadn't been in years. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. The egg rolls barely had any meat, the salsa was watery and tasteless. The only thing we liked were our drinks and mozzarella sticks.

I am currently here on vacation visiting, and I have felt very welcome since the moment my flight landed in California. I have been looking forward to coming to the this SPECIFIC location because alot of friends and family mentioned, its an tourist attraction, however my mother and I, arrived at this said location around 1:15AM, and have been denied service. The owner of the establishment posed on the Front door and/or Google has time posted that states unequivocally on Saturdays y'all open until 2AM.However, the manager James does not do an efficient job at upholding the bare minimum standards of the establishment by simply abiding by the hours of operation posted on the front next to his mame. I mentioned we just paid for a Lyft ride and the restaurant is open for another 45 minutes, he said to me, the kitchen is closed, I can't even order a soda!Now, I have to be the bearer of bad news to everyone, I know, TGI Friday Doesn't value customer service at this location, which is saddening for me, because I was looking for to coming here!

It was slow not busy at all service wasn't the best at the bar area until I asked for a manager. As I also communicated my issue he offered to redo my food and it was great after that.

We decided to stop by here to have a couple of drinks after eating at a nearby restaurant. It's been three years since we visited. Sat at the bar area and we got no acknowledgment. The bar wasn't busy at all. When the bartender finally came to us, she sounded like she didn't want to be there and literally tossed the menu over to us. That was enough for us to simply leave. This used to be our late night happy hour spot with good service. I don't know what happened, but, we will not be returning.

$50 with comp discounts, potato skins, chips, salsa, Dr. Pepper, chilled cocoa, center cut sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes, and four cheese Mac n cheese. I felt like I ate a frozen meal. I think the highlights were the potato skins, and 4 cheese Mac n cheese. My dishes and sides were lacking in seasoning. The salsa looked like it was from a can. I see why the majority of customers are passed their late 40’s. I hope this experience isn’t relatable to other TGIF’s across the country. This experience has made me rethink if sit down dining has become even worst than big brand quick service restaurants. Whatever happening to tasting before putting something out? I understand it is my decision on what I want to eat. But these kind of restaurants shouldn’t be charging what they’re charging if they won’t step up their quality control, and food quality. Lastly, my server Mary was serving multiple tables, she’s very understaff. I did see two other gentlemen bringing out food, but I hope they find more workers.
