I give it no stars. When I went in for my interview. Nobody was there: nobody. Should've took it as a reason. The owners are Japanese. I've never had a problem with me applying anywhere because people always treat you with respect anywhere. But the wife of the owner was so judge-mental. Keep looking at my tattoo. Expect me to make this job a number 1 priority. Meanwhile they had high school kids that were in high school working there. Instead of her coming back out after sending her manager assistant to interview me, she told her in the same store that I heard everything in "just let her go and tell her we'll call her back in 2 days but I don't want her." Never had a bad experience until I came here for a job interview. Don't get ur hopes high. The assistant is a sweet heart forsure ! She's such an angel, but her managers are ass. And I really hope all things go good for them, clearly as I've noted. No business and I can clearly see why. But hey may God bless us all. but pls don't do interview if you're this judge-mental. Nobody deserves to feel what I felt. Do better. And btw they are very very understaffed. Funny how they're picky with who applies but are very very understaffed? Closing the store on hours when they know they are needed.

My daughter wanted the Barbie ice cream, we paid for a medium cup but we ended up with the contents of a small cup. We got ripped off.

Ice cream with extras on demand! What else could you ask for? It's a neighborhood shop. Pretty quick service depending on how hot it is outside. Courteous counter help. There are a few seats inside and out. There's a gym across the parking lot if you have post-dessert guilt...We like it. The ice cream that is. Not so much the gym

Very great service, didn't know what to get and a young man named Tyler was recommending flavors and I ended up getting marshmallow which is now my favorite. He was very attentive and respectful as i was being very indecisive I will be coming back for more and I hope Tyler is there again!

RUDEST COLD STONE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Mariyah had an attitude and her side kick co worker on mothers day. First rule it was only 1 mix in on a like it size for my son, and I asked since when? She rolled her eyes and said since i worked here. Then her little attitude co worker Asian guy said well its 1.29 per mix it. I said so no problem I'll pay... I assumed I looked poor to them. Then when I asked for a spoon again attitude. I called her out and told her I didn't appreciate her attitude.. I got silence.. no apologies. Will never come back to this cold stone. She didn't even take my phone number for my points.

Got a gift card here so I went to use it. The ice cream is great here! I personally love the cheesecake, strawberry, and strawberry sorbet. The workers mainly comprise of high schoolers and college students but they're all fun to talk to. The ambiance of the store is average, but I mean you're just getting ice cream.
We sent four teenage Girl Scouts here after our dinner at a neighboring restaurant. I gave my daughter a $20 bill. I am absolutely 100% sure of this fact. My daughter came back with a change as if she had given them a $10. I reminded her to return and get the correct change. She said they were working on it and after about 20 minutes she came back totally upset saying that the employees would not help her and that they would not count the drawer - end of story. I called the store the following day and left a message with no reply. That was the most expensive ice cream I have ever purchased $16. This isn't rocket science in a quick draw account or a look at the camera would have confirmed that the wrong change was given. I understand how stressful it is to be a teenager these days and also have a job or, But to not offer customer service and do the right thing, and for an owner to ignore my phone call, Is horrible for a struggling retail establishment. I write this review so you can proceed with caution when visiting this location. Don't let them get you for a $16 ice cream and an upset child! Judging from the negative reviews on the site there are a lot of problems here at this location, and it probably starts with the lack of owner attention and customer service. I wasn't a cold stone fan to begin with but my daughter sure was. This location has turned us both off. Please coldstone, take my $10 and donate it to a worthy cause so that something positive comes out of this situation.

The ice cream is tasty and not too expensive but I have found hair twice in my ice cream from this location. Maybe I need to ask for no hair?I spoke with the manager and he didn’t seem too concerned.How hard it is to put your hair back and under your hat?

I was very intrigued by the options they offered and was welcomed with so many smiles when I entered the building. They were very patient and I even tried many samples and they wasted no time to help me with recommendations and giving me the time. Id like to give my thanks to the Staff for being so supportive! The music is amazing and it really feels like when me and my friends come there, we can be happy. My friends usually come around to visit and we always have some fun by singing along to the fun tunes that play inside the store. I do not regret going here, and they make us really feel at home. We still go to this location to this day! Many more good memories to come.
