Happened to be in Los Alamitos on this beautiful Saturday and stopped to get some food. This place has options. The colossal burger was ? I'd take down 2 of them bad boys if my blood pressure wasn't so high! Family friendly and plenty of seats.

It all depends on what you're in. The mood for. Paul's place has consistently good food that is a step above a classic diner. Unfortunately this location doesn't have indoor seating , so when I stopped in recently it had been raining and people were cramming together trying to stay out of the water. There were puddles in the parking lot so that made it a little awkward trying to get in and out of the car without being ankle deep in water. Again, I can't complain about the food.

Food was absolutely astronomically delicious. Wanted to take a picture but devoured it before I could. Decided to get food here because of the reviews/pictures and glad I did. I decided to try some zucchini fries in addition to my order since I've never had them before and I like zucchini and I like fries, so I figured, why not? The pictures do not do the amount you get justice. God dang, I was so stuffed. My only complaint was that they were a lil on the bland side but nothing a bit seasoned salt can't fix. Would definitely come again!

Prices a tad high but real good food. I do chili fries and burgers. Patrami is good too. My chick loves the fried mushrooms.

I've been coming to Paul's place since I was a kid and every single time, it's always the same and never disappoints. My family's go to order are fried mushrooms, fried zucchini, and chili cheese fries. The best I've ever had!!!! We occasionally also get their cheeseburgers and Greek salad which are also delicious. I recommend as this place is not too pricey and their items are great for sharing!

We are from out of town and found this place online and we’re drawn due to the variety of food. The food was affordable, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The ingredients are also high quality, the salad was very fresh, honestly the most fresh salad I’ve had for a long time! I wish we lived near this place, we would eat all the time. All the employees working there seemed to really care about the quality and outcome of the food and were very helpful to us and answered all our questions.The portions are also very generous, much bigger than they appear in the photos. Also, The fried mushrooms are delicious!

Sunday, I ordered 2 burgers and an order of zucchini to go. Wasn't feeling too great and just wanted my order to hurry home. My number was called and picked up the bag to get home and only the side of zucchini was in there, I called and had someone being sooo RUDE and bluntly saying, "lady, I gave you your food"... Granted I take the blame for not checking before leaving NOR had the invite to comeback to get my burgers but definitely won't be returning any time in the future by looking at a lot of recent reviews anyways.
Amazing food! Love this place. Have been going since a kid (over 35 years)! You have to try the fried mushrooms, delish!

Delicious! My go to is the turkey burger lettuce wraps with avocado and extra pickles. They have delicious fried mushrooms and fried zucchini . Hubby could not stop talking about his pastrami sandwich today . Love Paul's place !!
