I missed this place, I moved out of CA and where I moved mexican food is not really a thing. The service was great as always everyone was friendly. The food was delicious and the cost wasn't insane. It was definitely a taste of home I needed on my trip.

If you are looking to enjoy real Mexican food, DO NOT EAT HERE. We ordered combo plates Taco's, Beans and Rice and a few burritos. Taco Surf is pretty much a touristy type place not serving up real Mexican food. There is no taqueria salsa, no self serve salsa and chips bar, no ayce jalapeno's. Taco Surf is pretty much on par with Del Taco, only a lot more expensive. The prices for what you get make Taco Surf not really worth it. The amount of food you get does not fill you up. There is NEVER and excuse for poor service, and Taco Surf gave us poor service. There being no self serve salsa bar, you are constantly waiting for your server to bring you more chips and salsa.....which never came after the first round. So all in all, this place kinda sucks...sorry, but the truth is the truth.

Standard non-authentic mexican food. No salsa bar, the table salsa tastes as if it is bottled and not made fresh. If you want chili (i requested habanero) you get it in a plastic condiment cup. The quality and portions of the food does not justify the high price. If you are looking for and craving real mexican food, there are SO many better options. I do not recommend this restaurant.
