We’ve been loving this place for years but the last couple visits have been less than. The service was not friendly. Not rude but not friendly. Also our order was not correct and no apology or offer to correct was given. The mango sticky was also not their original recipe which was unlike other Thai places in that it was not super sweet. They’ve changed it be like all the other restaurants. Maybe my friends and I were the only ones who preferred their original recipe? Lastly they cleared our table without asking we were done or offering more refills on drinks or anything. The place was not crowded so we felt kind of pushed out. We’ll be going to Coconut Rabbit as our go-to Thai restaurant instead.

I used to be so happy with this place but not until i recently came on Feb 24 , 2023. We were the only couple in the restaurant , until more customers showed up. They were super quick with serving us in the beginning but once other customers came , they didn’t check up on us at all for about 40 minutes. They gave small portion sizes as well. Once we were all ready to pay , we left a small tip because we didn’t feel like it was a good service. The waitress comes to us and looks at the tip and says “Is everything okay , you only tipped us $2?” And my boyfriend said “Yes it was just really slow, and we felt the need to tip that amount”. The waitress proceeds to there in front of us and looks at my boyfriend up and down , rolled her eyes and walked away. You don’t ask for a tip , a tip is earned !!!!Never coming back , Horrible !!!!!!!

Great food! Lots of veggies in the curries. We've enjoyed the drunken noodles, pad Thai, red curry and yellow curry. Really delicious. Highly recommend!

I love Thailusion! The staff are friendly and provide great service. The restaurant is very spacious inside and outside dining is available. The food is amazing! Every time I plan date night with my husband, I suggest Thailusion. This place does not disappoint.

Place was a tad hidden but it made it all interesting and mysterious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly we arrived early for lunch on a Friday. Two of us had Pad Thai and one dude some stir fried dish as the “Lunch Special “ around $14. A soup or salad is offered first we all picked soup since it was rainy weather. Soup was in a cute bowl and delicious! The Pad Thai portion was just right for a hungry man like me! Lots of flavor and yummy noodles lots of chicken too! ALL THREE AGREED TO RETURN ASAP! I look forward to returning and trying another dish!!! Thank you Thailusion! ??????

Was in town from Coachella valley so always try to find new places to try which I use to do when I lived in OC because of the selection. so was in the mood for Thai and wanted to try a different one. Have tried so many. So always wondering how is it going to come out. Found this one nearby where I'm staying. And I guess kind of hidden... at least when you look up the directions. Either way, got sat immediately, ordered some drinks and started with cream cheese Rangoon. They initially brought out the wrong appetizer but took it back and got us the Rangoon but ended up bringing it out with our food. We got Pad See Ew and Drunken noodles. Got my drunken at 2.5/5 spice level which was great for me. Since my tolerance has went down. All the food was great and they were constantly checking in on us. The ambience was nice, there were numerous groups when we showed up but slowly left while we were there. Which was nice and made it more peaceful atmosphere. Give it a 4.5 because had the leftovers the next day and it was still great and made me want more. So I'll definitely be checking it out again.

I had a horrible experience with this restaurant . A tan looking server young looking looked at me like I didn’t belong in the restaurant because I tried using Apple Pay. She proceeds outside to show me that there’s no Apple logo outside. She tells me you should use cash or a card. I was like wow. Aside from the payment option which is frankly the least of my worries. The food was very bland. I did not finish the noodles . The soup was just water with a bit of spices that didn’t have any flavor to it. The noodles were soggy and I wasn’t impressed at all. The food left a sour taste in my mouth . Never coming back. I wouldn’t come back if they paid me to. I had to go out of my way to get cash while people waited for me to get out the way. FYi— they don’t take Apple Pay not sure about credit cards either since the server mentioned the machine wasn’t working

This had been one of my favorite Thai restaurants, until my most recent visit. Unfortunately, I give the service at this restaurant very low marks because I stood around waiting to be seated for at least five minutes with no acknowledgment. Even if a restaurant is busy, a server could have at least acknowledged my presence and said we'll be with you in a moment. Instead two different servers moved about continuously without once acknowledging that they were busy (or something to that affect) and would be right with me. I won't return to this restaurant again solely because of the bad service I experienced today.

Went for lunch with my coworker & we decided to share some entrees. Pad See-Ew with beef - 7.5/10 the dish was pretty tasty but it looks like they used a lot of oil which made me feel full pretty fast. Green curry - 8/10 at first it was not flavorful but when you get to the bottom of the bowl, that's where the flavor started kicking in. I love how the rice came out in hearts! So cute !! Overall experience was 9/10. $40 total
