This place could be on the first place in our personal list.We make an order for "dine in" and washed our hands using soap in the WC. Smell of that soap was so terrible and so strong that it holded on the hands till the middle of the next day (I tried to wash it out, but with no results. Only dedicated solvent helped.)I believe that meals might taste better without soap smell background.

This particular Wendy's location has something special that other Wendy's doesn't. A FREE SENIOR drink, but you must ask for it. And if you eat inside, you can refill it for free. The managers are the best in the fast food industry. Marco and Jorge will roll up their sleeves to keep everything moving smoothly. Be sure to say hi and thank them when they go over and above to help you. The reason I like Wendy's is the quality of the food, their daily deals/offers and at this location, the excellent service. If you down load the Wendy's App, then you can get: On Wednesday they have 6 nuggets free with a $1 purchase. Many days this location has any size soft drink free with a minimum $1 purchase. Check the APP to see the great many more offers they have. The Wendy's App has more offers frequently than any other fast food place I've been too, hands down. So the Los Alamitos Wendy's has a FREE SENIOR soft drink, great daily DEALS/ OFFERS, good quality food and the BEST managers Marco and Jorge keeping the service TOP SHELF. Although Trip Advisor only gave me a choice by month and year, I have been going to this location almost daily for many, many years.

The Los Alamitos Wendy's is great for at least 4 reasons.#1 is the manager Jorge, who is the BEST fast food manager ever.I've gone to lots of fast food places of different company's, but Jorge is really good at his job and knows how to keep everything running smoothly.He will roll up his sleeves and jump in where needed, at the drive-thru or front counter.#2 A secret about this location is that Seniors get a free drink, if you ask for it.And if you eat inside, you can get free refills from the soda fountain.#3 Wendy's $2.59 chicken sandwich is better tasting than McDonald's and you can add tomato slices for free. You can't do that at McDonalds.#4 Wendy's has great deals every day on the app. Some examples are any size drink with $1 purchase, free junior bacon cheeseburger or small cup of Chili with $1 purchase and many more offers.If you drop by and order on the mobile app, then say hi to Jorge and if he gets to know you, you'll get your order even quicker by him.5 STARS for Jorge and this Wendy's location.Parking: Large free parking in front of Wendy's.

I came in and got 4 cheeseburgers and 3 chicken sandwiches they tell me to pull up and I wait 10 minutes they came to my car. It was 6 sandwiches in bag which was no big deal then when I approach them the manager has an attitude and wants me to go grab bag to show I had 6. I bring bag back I dumped them out she grabbed 3 sandwiches which I told her not to and she continues by saying excuse me and getting mad when she sees I'm frustrated. After our discussion I left with 3 sandwiches and ended up with less than when I walked in. They are incompetent and unmanageable. The manager hangs up on me when I call about refund and she says meet me in drive thru and hangs up. Take that trash somewhere else. Never coming back here again. I'd give 0/5 if I could.
Oh maaaan... I don't even know where to start We stopped here on our way up north. Appears clean, we were greeted immediately by staff. Ordered quickly using the kiosk. I knocked on restroom door to wash my hands before eating. Someone very aggressively screams BUSY. OkLong story short, staff practically beg me to not have to use the restroom. Don't knock. No no no no you can't use. They opened the employee only restroom for another customer, and told me I could use that. Once other guest came out, another very aggressive man pushed his way into the employee restroom. Employees said is ok ok spin the wheel on somePrize wheel they were getting ready lol I just want to use the restroom after paying for food - but they allow strange aggressive men to just hoard the bathroom with no regard to their paying customers. No amount of free frostys' makes this okay. I don't know the story as to why they allow these people to stay. But it needs to be handled better for the paying customers
