I've had the pleasure of shopping here since moving to Los Angeles and always find her steadfastly holding the fort. Horrible customer service! Usually only a single (express) lane open even for large orders. They recently converted 1/4 of their parking lot to special spaces which made the awful parking even worse. On top of that, many spaces near the edge of the lot lock the shopping cart wheels, so you need to trek the rest of the way with bags in hand. Many products are out of stock, produce quality is bad and you're are not likely to see a store manager anywhere in sight. Moving to another store!

I’m writing to formally file a complaint about an uncomfortable and inappropriate experience I had at one of your locations. During a recent visit, I encountered an employee at the self-checkout area—a woman with purple hair—whose behavior I found to be discriminatory and accusatory.
While completing a transaction, I placed an item to the side for a separate transaction, as it was being paid for using a different card for another person. I had not yet scanned it, nor did I attempt to leave the store with it. Despite this, the employee approached me and claimed I had not scanned the item, which was unnecessary and unwarranted. I was still in the process of paying and had made no attempt to walk out with unpaid merchandise.
What makes this more concerning is that this same employee consistently watches me every time I visit the store, even when the system does not prompt her assistance. This behavior feels targeted and uncomfortable. It is inappropriate for an employee to assume wrongdoing without cause or system alerts. I believe everyone deserves to shop without being unfairly monitored or treated with suspicion.
I am a loyal customer, and I expect to be treated with respect. I ask that this matter be addressed appropriately to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers. Please let me know what steps will be taken to prevent this type of behavior in the future.

I had to travel from Burbank to Los Angels as they were the closest that had Alaskan King Crablegs. I bought them all and they were delicious! Thanks for being able to accommodate me Albertsons.

I always shop at this location but this time an old security man who was at self checkout pissed me off. I went to the self checkout and as soon as I got to a station he said a woman was waiting there first. She got there after me. I went back in line to be respectful but as soon as I went to a station he just started staring at me as if I was going to steal something. Not sure if this guy is a racist but it sure did seem like it. I gave a 1 star review but it deserves 0 stars.

Albertson store Employs Are unhelpful even when you ask them to help you with something they refused to help you specially the manager of the Albertsons at Night Shift. The guy refuses to Send someone to help me to finish my shopping
