After having received a flyer from The Angry Chicken and watching the transformation of the building, I decided to give the place a try. "#1 - Popcorn Chicken, Spicy." In my book, if they can't get chicken right, then there's no hope. Staff was helpful and welcoming, especially when I told the cashier it was my first visit. Angry Chicken is serving up some very taste plates, I have tired both the garlic shrimp a spicy pork equally delicious the plate lunch's cost $8.00 with includes a soft drink , the plate is cooked to order, includes the meal, rice, coleslaw, and corn.
Been here a number of times and they consistently deliver on the food. Fresh, well prepared, and a good value. WHEN THEY ARE OPEN. Like many other restaurants profiled on Yelp in the pandemic days, the announced hours are not correct. Their current hours are very limited. I found out the hard way by driving there, guided by the Yelp hours only to find it closed on a weekday afternoon at 4.
