Felt like a real NY-deli sandwich in all the best ways! I got the Skateboard Special - comes on delicious brown bread and a with tangy honey mustard - it was pretty darn delicious. I went out of my way to try this sandwich spot, and it actually felt worth it.
Wow! I've eaten here before and always enjoyed the sandwiches but today I tried a Mango Fields (a Strawberry Fields with mango chutney instead of strawberry jam) and it was absolutely delicious! Unbelievable flavor! The family that runs the deli is the sweetest! So looking forward to the platters they create for my baby shower in a few weeks! This place is a true neighborhood gem!
Just tried this place for the first time....and holy cow am I impressed! I stopped by to beat out some traffic, and the chef (John) made me the most amazing fried rice I think I've ever had. SO good! He also had a great personality and made me feel super welcome! I will be back.
