I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this place the benefit of a doubt if it ALWAYS disappoints, BWW is VERY well known for the terrible service the employees provide world wide and the employee at the Howard Hughes location definitely proved that right. I went 2/6/24 @ 8pm, I wanted to place an order at the take out register since I had an email that was sent to me by BWW stating for 2/6/24 ONLY the email was valid for Traditional BOGO Free, not half off but free. This employees tells me there’s no way that’s true and the BOGO is only on Thursdays, I showed her the email where it said TUESDAY and in BOLD letters it said Traditional BOGO FREE, she tells me the email is not valid as that’s only for Thursdays, she was VERY rude, the email expired and NOW it’s no longer valid thanks to her rudeness, she didn’t even care to actually look at the email instead she just argued and argued. This is my last straw with BWW, I will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location or any other.

Chicken wings were good. A little breaded but eh expect that from BWW at this point. They got my order wrong. I had to go the kitchen directly to ask them to correct it. Men’s restroom was missing a urinal lol. Other than that it was alright..

Khalil was my waiter and he was very professional and friendly!! He made great suggestions and always made sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was great. The other workers were friendly as well.
The food was good but the service needs to improve a lot. Our waiter forgot the sauces we ordered, got the beer with foam on the top, tables were not cleaned timely. Also the place smelled a bit odd.

Service and quality have improved significantly at this spot. Always a favorite, especially for a Tuesday night basketball game or a must-see Dodgers game, we love BWW and are always down for some great wings at the Hughes Center location.

I think the people that leave bad reviews have clearly not worked in the food industry. My wife and I come here 1-2 times a month, even when it has been super busy, the employees have been helpful. We don't have any complaints of this place. If I have to wait 30min, then so be it. If we feel that it may not be worth the wait then we leave lol. I forgot our waiters name, I don't know if Micaé or Michael (sorry if I butchered it) he's the employee that has the flashy rings! He's always chill with us and makes sure we are good. This picture you see that i added, he did that ! I love buffalo wild wing blue cheese and I asked him it an extra 4 cups but he gave me a big cup of blue cheese, he understood the assignment ! Love coming to this BWW!
