Ordered the Croffle SoleMate with Taro Milk Tea and Pink Guava ice cream, with chocolate crumbs. The Croffle is a cross between croissant and waffle, served hot on top of your ice cream which I opted for in a cup. The croffle is served hot, which is the best way to enjoy the warmth of the pastry and the coolness of the ice cream. The taro milk tea and pink guava flavors are blended together creating a very pleasant and not too sweet, ice cream. I could taste a bit of both flavors combined, the milkiness of the taro milk tea and the sweetness of the pink guava. You can choose one included topping and I opted for the chocolate crumbs. I would recommend the croffle if you haven’t had it before and are curious. Otherwise, I recommend sticking to just the cup and cone options. It can get a little messy because the chocolate topping crumbs would scatter on a table anytime. Location is busy throughout the day and night, lots of foot traffic coming about. The employee there was very nice and patient while I got my order down and through paying. Atmosphere is quiet on slow periods but loud during a rush. Hardly any parking so consider street parking and walking over OR just walking over from a nearby area.

Excellent ice cream in a cute shop. Only limited outdoor seating, but there's a parking lot right next to it.

We got Korean coffee and chocolate which was great, and the croissant waffles have been good as well. Also would recommend their Matcha and milk ice cream swirl

Tastes really good. The place isn't exactly photographable, but who cares. I recommend their taro ice cream, it tastes unique to me. And remember to get your ice cream with cones. The cones are also great. Would love to try the coffee and guava one. The chocolate one feels pretty basic tho, but the taro is great.

I went to check out this place on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately one of the machines was down, so one of the few flavors they had left was the True Milk one. And LET. ME. TELL. YOU.

I consider myself an ice cream enthusiast and have tried my fair share of ice cream shops, from Cold Stone in Miami Lakes, FL all the way to Salt & Straw in Anaheim, CA. If there is ice cream, I have probably been there, and tried every flavor you could imagine.

AND YET. This place blew me away just with one thing: The ice cream is as close as perfect as it gets. It is not too cold, not rock hard and difficult to eat, it is just plain and simply a delicious frozen treat. The amount of sweetness is perfect. The taste and texture is perfect. The softness is perfect.

The shop is small and the clerk was super friendly and nice. It is also a clean establishment and there is a nice set of a few chairs and tables outside.

AND YET. What stayed with me was none of that. It was how incredibly good the plainly-named and plain-looking True Milk was.

Also, the sugar cones come in different flavors. I had the Oreo one with some crushed Oreo crumbs as a free topping.

AND YET. None of that truly matters. Go and experience True Milk for yourself. I had been ingesting FAKE MILK my WHOLE LIFE apparently. because True Milk is a truly remarkable experience in of itself.

The ice cream here is quite literally to die for almost. In particular the guava and taro milk. Super good. My problem with the place is that I've gotten 2 bad workers so far. One girl and one boy on seperate days. But the guy today was on the younger side and asian, extremely cold and uninviting. I almost did not want to order. I felt either he is having a bad day, or don't like black people because the customers behind me got a different experience. The girl at least started to engage as we asked her questions. Will try again in hopes for better customer service.

Solid soft serve, get a dipped cereal cone for the full experience. Not much seating or parking so keep that in mind - but the little patio, although right off a busy street, can be oddly charming.

Parking: Tiny shared parking lot.
