03/02/2024I ordered burrito with everything else but the rice and they put it anyway. It wasn't that busy when I came but they don't pay attention.

Atmosphere and service here are fantastic! One of the best places in LA. However, the salsa here is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Burnt rubber that was kicked on the street. I am so sorry this place is fantastic but avoid the red salsa at all costs.

Rode my bike? to Cinco and made it for happy hour just in time. I was not greeted by a hostess for a few minutes so I approached a worker about seating. I was told they were at capacity. The restaurant didn't look full (I was confused by that comment ) but I asked if I could just sit at the bar.Found a seat at the bar andOrdered street tacos and a drink. The bartender was nice and the tacos tasted great. Probably wouldn't visit again but the couple sitting next to me seemed to enjoy their time.Outdoor seating area looked nice.

I stumbled into this incredible Mexican restaurant in LA, and I kid you not, the two bartenders behind the counter were like the kings of height restriction. These guys were so short, I thought I'd taken a detour into the Land of Lilliputians, but let me tell you, their skills were anything but small.I waltzed in, eager to catch not one but two football games. Now, most places would've given me the old "Sorry, we can only play one game" routine, but not this dynamic duo. They happily changed the channel faster than a quarterback's snap, and I was in football heaven. The best part? I ordered a margarita, and it came out of a beer tap. I mean, who does that? I hesitated for a moment, wondering if I'd accidentally wandered into some parallel universe, but that first sip was a revelation. It was like they'd bottled a fiesta and put it on tap – absolutely unbelievable. Then came the food. Holy guacamole, it was fantastic. The flavors danced in my mouth like a salsa-tango, and I couldn't get enough. These two guys, as short as they were, made magic in that kitchen. But here's the kicker – their humor was off the charts. They had me in stitches between bites. It was like having a stand-up comedy show with your meal. I couldn't help but laugh so hard that I nearly spat out my delicious margarita. In the end, it was a great night. These little wizards behind the bar, their beer-tap margaritas, and the mouthwatering food made it a touchdown of an evening. So, if you're looking for an amazing Mexican restaurant with a side of hilarity in LA, look no further. This place is a fiesta waiting to happen! ????

Got a tip to check this place out. We opted for outdoor seating which is under a massive tent. Lots of seats outside which was attractive for groups with kiddos, dogs or both. The indoor area had a mix of booth, tables and bar seating. We were hoping to start with nachos but it came with our meal. It was massive. Since it was happy hour, the tacos and Palomas were on special. We were hoping for something mellower so this was a bit much. However, it would have been good if we were with a group and wanted a night out.

We stopped in to kill some time on the way to LAX had drinks and queso flamiado, everything was excellent. We were off hours so parking wasn't a problem I'm not sure how it would be during a busy period of time.

We went at a really quiet time for lunch on a Saturday. I think they had just opened. Food was very fresh and tasty. Not the biggest fan of their salsa. It was hot enough but just not very flavorful otherwise. I heard the guac was good. My shrimp tostada was impressive and tasty. My mother said the ceviche was absolutely delicious. Service was good especially since we were a nice sized party and everyone was talking at once. Nice open feel to the place. Apparently they have a great patio but I didn't get a chance to see it. Pricey but a good value for the money. Only knock is employees using all the bathrooms to get ready for their shift. They had all three bathrooms occupied for more than a few minutes when we arrived.
