The most flavorless taro milk tea I've ever had. Just sad.

This location tends to be pretty loose on their closing times. Showed up 20 mins before closing today and the door was locked and the girl at the counter didn't even look up wish they were more consistent here.

This was the first time and last time I will go there. Ordered 2 drinks- a jasmine milk tea (flavorless just milk) and a taro (my son didn't like it) I asked if I could switch them. I was told the only way I could trade or fix them is if I bought new ones. I am a jasmine tea lover- I asked her if it was a mix or just green tea and milk. The cashier said it was tea and milk. I told her it tasted like milk. In other words the ratio was off. She wouldn't help me.

The Soufflé pancakes!!! No words to describe just how delicious they were! You have to wait between 15 to 20 minutes depending on how crowded it is. Luckily I went on an afternoon that wasn't too busy. The pancakes were so light and fluffy! They were topped with Nutellmisu and fruit! First bite...all those flavors (everything) just came together and complimented each other so well!!! And they made it to order so when you're eating it, it's still warm and fresh! Two of us shared the pancakes and we were full! Looking forward to going back and tasting everything else on their menu!!!

Got 2 milk tea Boba's, all the milk teas are dairy free except the Tai tea, which was good for my friend. First time going here, felt very safe mask wise. Definitely gonna go again, as a Boba lover lol. The service was good as well ^^

We got the mango yogurt with the free drink of cloud green tea. We went here 2 times already because of the deal. The drinks are so good! Definitely recommend!

Not Good Period. Boba is flavorless, drinks are all from powder, workers lack any motivation.

Glad that this Taiwanese boba tea place opened in the Playa Vista area. When we visited Taiwan we just love the boba teas. They offer many varieties and flavors. We used to come a lot when our kids were going to school here. The service here is very good. When were there today, the cashier was friendly and helpful for suggesting the drinks. I love their red bean milk tea while my wife likes their passion fruit boba tea.The bobas were cooked right as they are chewy and flavorful. The teas seemed to brewed the right way as we can taste the good tea flavor in our boba tea.The inside is bright and inviting. I feel the decors are very friendly and pleasant.

The girl who took my order was extremely friendly! I ordered the coco milk tea with boba, and as soon as I ordered it was ready for me! However that was sort of questionable as I assume it was already ready, no sort of effort made into it, they just poured it. The boba pearls were also very hard. So, although this was my first time, not sure if I will return. :(

Not very friendly customer service, no eye contact, and I felt rushed to order but the cashier wasn't helpful with the menu.

I've lived in the area for 2 years and the staff in the last year has changed. I would have rated this place 4 stars before the last year. They run out of boba and sago ALL THE TIME. I've now lost count after 12x. Came in the middle of the day multiple times and they're out and telling people they can wait 20 minutes for it to be made so the lose customers. If this is happening daily (literally I came 2 days in a row to try) why are they not doing better at making it ? The last staff hardly ever ran out of boba but I've witness them tell me, a guy and the lady behind me that had 5 children with her trying to order they were out and not making any more for that night with having 45 minutes longer of being open. Not sure if the owner is telling them to do this method but It's coming off as lazy rather than trying to save money for product. I've also received milk tea that maybe had 25% sweetness instead of 100% multiple times probably because they didn't want to make more of the regular milk tea. Hope the owner takes note of this. I miss the old staff and the music they would play. I've been to Coco locations all over the world and in the U.S. , unfortunately this is my least favorite. My friend that comes here at least 2x a week has had the same experience as me. If you can make it over to ding tea or happy lemon, go there.
