Order said complete. Went In , said 2/3 mor minutews . Waited outside , washed my car windows , where I could be seen. 5 min+ nothing. Went back in. They asked for wi . I did I was just in here . Have me pizza , they didn’t check. Got home and one out of 2 trays was completely wrong, like they gave us someone else’s. Couldn’t eat it , since it had meat. Called and gave us credit but wife had no dinner. SO, service kind of SUCKS!

Ordered pizza online. Went to the store to pick it up. Cashier said she can’t take any card payment as of the moment. She said she will be able to fix the prob in 5 mins. So I waited but past 5 minutes I’m already wondering since the pizza might be getting cold. She said the problem was not solved and her manager said over the phone that either I pay cash or just cancel my order. That was stupid since I already said I wasn’t carrying any cash so she is basically forced me to cancel an order I did not wish to cancel. I did not argue anymore since I don’t want to waste any more of my time.

Your pizza will be cut by a blind person. 3 slices put together will be as big as one of the slices. If I had children this would result in a fist fight. Also it's not even cut all the way through. I have to re-cut the pizza or it would result in me tearing the slice in half. It takes little to no effort to cut a pizza close to evenly, which means the employees here put in less than little to no effort. I can't believe someone got paid for this.

Food was good. Inside the store was clean and had seating to wait. Clean parking lot but neighborhood was real sketchy. Service was mediocre and staff not at all inviting. Wanted to order in store but had to call to order to get discount. Food was sitting for 10 minutes before being asked what my name was to determine if order was ready. Will not revisit this location.
Been ordering thin crust for years but tonight that thin crust pizza looked like potato chips. Ridiculous! For the first time ever I regretted getting thin crust. My bf's pizza, who regularly gets hand tossed, was also a bit thinner and we shared both pizzas to make up for the foolishness. 1/5. I'd give 0 if I could.

I ordered for my classroom. and was pleased to see it could be delivered by a certain time. The location isn't very far from the school where I work. while watching the delivery on map, the went out of the way causing a 46min delivery I.e. not in hand but pulled up to the address. I was on the phone with employee and was treated as if my experience was not comprehended and nothing was done to appease the disappointed students whos break was over 19min after confirmation and and payment received also did t include the sauce I paid for. I have never in all my ordering pizza experience been treated like this by an employee or management. I guess fr9m here on out, I'll try another service and recommend them to my colleagues not this place

Make sure you check your pizzas before you leave or manager Ricardo will argue with you that you’re wrong until you’re so mad you just want to give up on your $25 pizza!!!

Everything went smoothly except..I wanted delivery and could not find it on their website.I'm sure I did not look long enough to find. But the thin crust with sausage and mushrooms was great!
