Waitress was rude. Table cleaners were rude when I asked for code to restroom, food was undercooked. Would not recommend eating at this IHop, just horrible all the way around. I usually tip, but not today.

Only one side of my freanch toast was dippedbin egg the other side was just toasted bread, both pieces! Not a accident your telling me it's normal practice to only dip one side of the french toast biden got inflation so bad ihop saving money on eggs by dipping one side only!

My husband ordered pancakes and they brought us waffles and waitress insisted that we ordered waffles. The omelette was cold and uncooked. I don’t recommend this IHopParking: Took me a long time to find a street parking. No other parking options were available.

Avoid this location. Staff is terrible. The pancakes are dry & crumble. Each one fell apart end to end lifting to get syrup on lower pancakes. They provided only one packet of syrup for 4 dry pancakes.The "crispy" hash browns were soggy. The omelette ingredients barely cooked like they forgot they were supposed to be in there and added them last second without cooking as the egg was already doneWaste of money and ruined Sunday breakfast. Go to any other IHOP location. This place is super trash.

Employees, security they r very nice. Good attitude. I went there for delivery to pick up for customer's food, but i've got claimed by customer after I dropped it off. Customer says no pancakes no eggs and more... How could they forget it??!! So i had to take care of costmer's claim and it took time very long more than I thought. So I was gon get back to work another an hr but I couldn't.
I used to be a regular at this IHOP, but today marks my last visit. I came in asking if a booth would be possible, and they had plenty available. Every other time I've asked, they've been more than happy to give one to me, but this time I sensed attitude from the hostess. I brushed this off as all the other times I've been here, it's been fine before. We were given our menus, and after a couple minutes we were ready to order. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had flagged a waitress but she completely ignored me. Thought she may have just been busy and missed so I let that slide again. Tried flagging a second time, but still nothing. Then another customer comes in about 15 minutes after us. He sits down, and shortly gets him some coffee. This irks me as she still hasn't come by once. I let it slide thinking the other customer was in better view. She then goes away again. After another 10 minutes, another person in my party flags her down, but still she completely ignores us. She then goes to this other customer and takes his order. I've been a regular here and have tipped well all to be completely ignored just felt ridiculous. We ended up waiting 20 minutes, and still no one was taking our order so we left. I'm now done and am no longer coming to this establishment. I'm so disappointed but the service was just so pour and soured my liking to ihop.

The worst Ihop EVER!!!!Turkey melt was super late! And a Jalapeño Chicken Sandwich, We never got untensils until we ask for it! Server was very clumpsy, food was wrong. Said 15 mins wait time and it was an hour. One thing bad after the next one, Turkey melt taste bad, like old turkey. It is very sad they don't care about their customers, last time we come over here 100% sure.
