Had a great experience at Jack in the Box today! The cashier greeted me with a smile and was very patient while I took my time deciding. I went with the Ultimate Cheeseburger, and it was fresh, cheesy, and delicious. The curly fries were perfectly seasoned, and the Oreo shake was the cherry on top! The dining area was tidy, and even though it was busy, they kept up with the orders efficiently. I love the late-night hours—it’s my go-to spot after a long day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for variety and great taste!

Worst customer service ever. They treat you like they're giving you the food for free, specially when use coupon.. like today the cashier Ashley told my husband he can only use 1 coupon so I got out the car to buy and use the other coupon. When they saw my husband and I together they were looking and laughed very unprofessional 👎

This is the grossest food I have ever had. Cluck sandwich they can't make it without it being dark brown from overused grease. They have homeless people sleep in the lobby. It's plexy glassed in like you are visiting a jail. Very grimy the staff are lazy and very much suck at running a kitchen.
