I'm really impressed with the staff at this location -- even more considering it's in the wasteland of LAX airport hotels. I've been here a few times and the staff has it together, keeps the line moving considering most of their menu is not a quick make, and is courteous. From the outside, they actually appear to be properly staffed so no one seems to be running around just trying to keep the place from crashing. Pleasant surprise.

You know when you see two women in the store it’s about to be great! Two lovely women helped me order a fantastic sub today. The best part was they’re clean, friendly, and professional. I love how much their cleanliness and organization speaks through their hairstyle, clean looking uniform, and well-spoken mannerisms.

Literally standing here and these gentlemen are not saying a word to me. Terrible customer service! Two guys, one with glasses, both wearing sun visors. Really bad service 6:32 pm August 27th 2024 p.s. I just opened my sandwich and they didn’t follow order instructions (are you serious) this is an online order…. Now not going to order online again, this is the second time they screwed up my order!!!
Shrink flation isn’t just a word hard to believe the change in size of sandwiches over the years with increasing prices Service was polite just not what we expected

I was at the meeting near by and went to get some lunch. It was super busy in my head I was like oh my llamas!!! Took a while to get my order but it was so yummy. Totally recommend #55. Add extra jalapeños and mayo. THE BOMB!!!!!!

Holy moly GUACAmole! This place is ugh, it’s just UGH!! The workers, man oh man oh boy.. where do I even begin. They feel like they’ve given up on being human and are instead controlled by an alien leech sucking on their brains and only controlling their motor functions but no emotion whatsoever. I order a sandwich, a very simple bacon ranch chicken sandwich with steak, *throws up* DISGUSTING! The sandwich tasted like something DIED in the back and they put it between two buns. 0/100 stars if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Ordered in person, they had me waiting over 20 minutes for one sandwich which was never made. Customers who ordered 15 minutes after me were getting their sandwiches. I ask for a refund, all of a sudden “OH but your sandwich just got placed on the grill”. NO THANKS.
