Amazingly good sandwich experience. I change up my order here and there. I've gotten the sandwich in a boat. I always request mayo and banana peppers. I always order from the app.My sandwich awlays tastes awesome, and the people working there always go out of their way if I need something, and their nice.

I submitted a Mobile Order and walked up to the store. When the Manager couldn’t find my order, he realized I had ordered from a different location. So, without missing a beat, he comped my sandwich. What service! The sandwich was yummy, as usual. I’ll definitely be back.

Great experience every time I come here! My go to order is the #9 club supreme bowl with avocado. These bowls really are so underrated & need to be talked about more. They always make my bowl filled to the top with fresh ingredients & tons of flavor. Highly recommend trying this order out you won't regret it! Location is easy to find & very clean. Staff is always friendly & food always comes out fast & efficient. There is indoor & outdoor seating available. I recommend placing your order ahead of time on the app since this location is a popular one.

I walk into magic Mike's today..I mean jersey Mike's I was confused when I walked in because the music was so loud that the person I was on the phone with could hear how loud it was, not to mention magic mike himself making my sandwich while pop locking and giving my sandwich a lapdance(while maintaining eye contact the entire time?) forgetting I told him what I didn't want in the sandwich. Sadly I didn't bring in any dollar bills to tip and left with a sandwich. Check your cameras for yourselves

Sammy was fire ONG!!! Very Cheesy and yummy I love that chipotle mayo it was extremely gas. Perfect amount of spice for that thang. I swear when I unwrapped the sammy it barked at me it looked so good. Gobbled it down so quick. Service was great and they made it right in front of me. Only complaint was that I didn't get another. Seriously shady place. You would never think it was a chain store. They have on multiple occasions charged me a something other than what I ordered. Then try to get you to pay the higher price. And when finally they admit the error - they make a big deal and try to shame you for asking for the correct price. And then glare at you if you don't tip after all that. Really the worst. And soooooo overpriced anyway.

Honestly how hard is it to read instructions? My fiancé was looking forward to this all afternoon. He detests mayo. Asked for no mayo. The receipt says NO MAYO. The damn sandwich is covered in mayo. It's just annoying that even the most basic instructions are beyond your comprehension, Jersey Mikes. If only there were other sandwich options...in Los Angeles. We won't be back.
Went to the Southington, CT Jersey Mike's It is horrible!! While waiting for my sandwich which is steak mushrooms and mayo ONLY! That is not what I got. It was steak lots of cheese and onions. While waiting there were 3 THREE others that returned the sandwiches because they were wrong too. There were no lines and only two people waiting ahead of me. So no mad rush just bad service! Not going there again money is tight and they are pricey. What a wasted lunch hour. Didn't see this until I got to my office.

We have been to several locations and the consistency of the sandwich was the same at all except the one in Triadelphia WV. it was not good. Half as much meat and hardly any olive oil, vinegar and oregano. 1st time disappointed.

Went in yesterday June 20th between 2:30-3:30. The girl working was short with brown hair past her neck I believe, glasses, and fair skinned, either white passing hispanic or white. Her hair got into my food, will include picture below so obviously cleanliness is not a concern to this store. And she her service was terrible. I hate service employees who try to rush thru your order so bad they don't even listen to you when your telling them your instructions so they repeat the same question not realizing that if they had just listened to you and let you finish your sentences, they would know what the instructions are...and that is exactly what the girl did. That is very frustrating as a consumer please do not do this! She also tried to charge me extra for bacon even though I ordered a giant #8...which if you don't know comes with bacon already. Very poor experience will not be coming to this location any more

Advice? Save money and get a large Pub Sub! Their large looks like about half the size of most sub shops but their prices are ridiculous for such a skimpy sub on what appears to be a glorified hotdog bun. I had the Italian which, although the toppings were scarce as well as the meat the taste was ok which is why I gave an extra star. Unfortunately my daughter had a Buffalo chicken sub with blue cheese and the chicken was shredded and she didn't like hers at all. My other daughter liked the vegetarian mushroom one but again- insufficient toppings for the $36.00 price for 3 subs! That's my first and last at Jersey Mike's!
