I have never met a bartender as kind and as FUN as Michael ♡ He is quite literally the reason I come to this establishment. Bless his soul

Dead bar. Could be cool but rude staff is probably why this place is typically empty and boring.

We were there late night for party and we waited 1h 1/2 unfortunately they kick us out from the wait lane cuz of wearing sweet pants( not work out pant) . . . I was wondered and ask about why and he said girls are okay wearing anything but if you’re a guy you’re not allowed to wear sweet pants . If you’re a guy you better wear a jeans or something else not just sweet pants ? ?

I lost my ID here and tried contacting the promoter for days with no response. When I called, it just went to voicemail. So, I left a message, though I thought I'd never get it back, like most nightclubs. Surprisingly, the next day, I received a text saying they found my ID. Even when I couldn't reply immediately, they used another number to notify me again, arranging a time outside of business hours. It made me feel great because I know how difficult it usually is to retrieve lost items in a club. Plus, it’s also a fun place to hang out with friends besides boys have to wait so long to get in ?

If I could give the place a zero I would. Service is terrible and the bartenders would not acknowledge their mistakes. I understand it can be a busy night but no service worker should ignore a customer when they are asking for

We were standing in line and got kicked out cause the bouncer said my friend looked messed up ? the AUDACITY! What happens when you have a man child running the security gates. If negative stars was an option. This place gets it for making us wait almost an hour just to not let us in ?♂️

On Dec 9th this one security guard with face tats noticed a group of two drinking. He didn't even give them the chance to explain themselves or pour out the bottle he just yelled at them to get out. Ok, I didn't like how aggressive he was but at the end of the day it wasn't my problem. The next week I decided to come on Dec 16. He remembered me from the previous week and just straight up just assumed I was drinking or hiding something. He didn't even talk to me he just pointed a finger and instantly started calling other security over. I already knew he wasn't gonna give me a chance to talk so I just dropped everything I owned on the floor and yelled at him to "search me" over and over. He gave a half-apology and kept insisting I needed to look him in the eyes and watch my attitude or I wouldn't be let in the club. This was a terrible experience and I ended up leaving the line of my own will five minutes later. The security here need to learn how to be polite if they also don't want to be yelled at.
