The worst customer service I have ever received at this store in so many yrs coming here. Today the cashier (Perla R.) gave us such a horrible attitude and was telling us in a mad tone how we couldn’t ask for another scoop of ice cream after we had ordered our paletas and after serving us the scoop of ice cream she literally threw the cup to my hands. When she charged she not only ignored me but didn’t even tell me the total amount due all she did was walk away and didn’t even offer a freaking napkin. You need workers that don’t bring their personal problems to work. Gives your great ice cream store a horrible name

I being in this location for a while and There was this woman, who when we entered yelled at us that you have to wait outside, she didn't even say it in a good way when serving us Perla served us with a bad attitude, I asked a question about an item on the menu and she told there is no more, with an unpleasant tone of voice I ended up asking her for a side of strawberries and cream and she told me don't ask me for them here u need to tell me in the cashier I think it's new because I've never seen it and I really think that customers service is very important for a place, thank you for your understanding!!

I absolutely love coming to this ice cream shop! All of their flavors are so rich and creamy. I've been coming to this location for years! And it has been delicious visit after visit. I do have to say that it is pretty overwhelming choosing a flavor since they have a ton, however, you'll know which one to pick. The ice cream will speak out to you hehe. All of their employees are extremely nice and really helpful. *the parking is kind of rough since it is a small parking lot & shared with other businesses. Please support local businesses :)
