Most ramen joints I've had have been good but bangaichi is my favorite! Very authentic and flavorful! Been coming here for last 3 years and I have to say it's my favorite.
Before this place existed, there was a severe lack of ramen places in the area (there still aren't many). I remember it was basically Fukurou Ramen in Thai Town, which is decent but not great, and Silverlake Ramen, which always discouraged me with the very kong lines. So when Ramen Bangaichi opened, it immediately became my go to ramen place. The ramen is excellent and there's no waiting to get in (at least I never had to wait). Best ginger ramen with miso soup ever had. Low key area and reasonably priced. I would recommend! Parking lot is small but you can find some street parking. Happy hour is from 6-7 too! Good place to hand out and have ramen /drinks.
