I've always had a good experience. But lately I been saying no whip cream, but they accidentally put it. Most of the time, accidents happen, and it's OK. But this time, I had brought it up to the worker at the window and was told no, you didn't. I then said the reason is that one of my passengers is allergic to dairy, hense why i said no whip. The worker then stated that while the whipped cream is dairy, they can't promise items won't have dairy. I said that's fine, but the employee was bieng rude and kept going on and said ok we'll make your drink again. Drink was good, we understand that we had to be told dairy cant be not promised. But it's why I said no whip.

I don’t even want to dignify this place with a star I came to this establishment.I was treated with the upmost disrespect by the two females that were on shift tonight.I acted as if I was bothering them with attempting to make a order.The dismissed my order and closed the door in my face.Is this how you treat your customers.

This place is so busy, yet understaffed. Be prepared to wait for about a good 20 minutes for your food. That being said, the drivethru is even worse!! I have often been waiting in line for a good half hour with only 2 cars ahead of me.

I am rating my drive thru EXPERIENCE on Thursday 11/9 late night not the location overall. I have NEVER until tonight had a beyond horrible experience in the drive thru at this location. I’ve been on a break from late night runs until today. So tonight I order with relative ease. I get to the window and pay cash for my order. I am given incorrect change by the cashier . Mistakes happen #EasyFix and then I wait longer than I have ever waited for drinks in that drive thru. My iced drink wasn’t made as requested. It was fixed with a huffy begrudging attitude and then needed to be topped off when it was returned. That turned into more attitude from the partner. #StillShocked The cashier was clearly a new partner who tried to remain pleasant while the partner who’d made the drinks was just huffy. Once I pull off I open my hot drink only to find about a quarter of the drink not in the cup. (I have a picture) It was closing time and I literally couldn’t go back. The whole experience at the location and here at home have been an infuriating let down at end of a very long day. I work as a full time teacher who tutors when I leave work. I am a single mom who has to pick up my son from Campus at 10:00pm so this Sbux was run was supposed to have been my happy place tonight.ThanksDanna

Stopped at this Starbucks recently for a small drink on a business meeting. I got myself a regular coffee with cream and everything on it. Nice coffee spot and location. Customer service was good. Place is clean with great parking area. I hope to visit again

It’s an okay Starbucks. Service was slow to get a single drink (and this was at 7a.m on a weekday, when it was not busy)Don’t come here if trying to study or work remotely. They don’t have any plugs to charge, they covered them. Like what idiot thought that was a good idea ?‍♂️

Terrible service decided to come in instead of staying in car drive through and Isaac took his time to even acknowledge me - people after me got their items, someone just walked up and took my coffee and somehow that's my fault, some of the ladies were nice and understanding but wow, it is not worth it.

I finally found out they can add coffee to my vanilla bean cream frap. ? so happy ,happy, joy, joy .. peace and blessings, everyone ?!!Parking: There are a lot of cars in the parking lot, so I always use the drive-through .Wheelchair accessibility: It looked to be wheelchair friendly for sure.
