Someone tell the employees to close the sandwiches before wrapping them up

Guy was on his phone the whole time I was ordering. I had to repeat my order 3 times since he wasn't listening. This is the second time it's happened to me at this Subway. Then, there was no ice. I asked twice if there was another ice machine in the back where he could get ice and he ignored me. Never coming to this location again.

I am a frequent Subway customer, I usually buy the breakfast combo, I have visited many Subway stores throughout Los Angeles County and I am generally satisfied with the service and food, but today 11/29 /2023 at 10:00 am I went to this Subway store that is at 8406 Lincoln Blvd and I felt really disappointed, the tattooed guy who served me looked at me with such contempt, I don't know if he didn't like my appearance or if He found my accent unpleasant, I don't know, what I do know is that this guy is not happy with his job, the owners of these franchises should put more effort into hiring people who want to work, instead of putting in ungrateful people who scare them away the clients. I have to say that today, the coffee didn't have the same quality as other Subway stores

Promotion for BOGO only available on the app. Ordered and paid for 2 sandwiches through the app. The app said "received" with the next steps "building" and "ready!". I sat down and waited for my sandwiches to be "ready!" The steps never moved. I waited for 20 minutes as people came and went. I got in line only to be told that my sandwiches were sitting on the counter waiting to be pickled up. I showed her the app and she says "I don't know how that app works." Very disappointed in Subway and myself

SABRINA! New employee needs training! ONE piece of meat on sandwiches when it should be THREE! When I called her out on shorting the meat, she added ONE more piece and CHARGED me for it! It SHOULD be THREE! Complaints filed with store manager and online.

This place is on my sub-way to work, and I don't think it's as bad as perceived. They brought back their rotisserie chicken which made me cluck with joy! I tend to order a personalized wrap. Shame they were out of spinach wraps and don't carry Caesar dressing anymore. The buttermilk ranch was a good sub-stitute. They also didn't put the cheese atop my chicken while they heated it up, so in that regards, they could have been feta. Not great, but it's not sub-human either.

Worst Subway Ever! Like the 3 rd time I’ve been here every time it gets worse. No soda, warm meat and old veggies. Bad customer service also.

Rude workers...absolutely no tip for them. May not even eat at Subway anymore...Felt like slapping them with the $20 freaking cheap sandwich I just bought

I can not believe that a supervisor in charge treat the customer with no respect. She really have some anger issues that needs immediately attention. She shouldn't been working in customer service at all.I always eat at subways and she really ruined my day so I didn't ended up getting my sub, because oh her bad attitude. And she even said if you don't what i don't care. The Subway number is 8406 at Campion Dr Los Ángeles California
This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Horrible customer service, the woman working was rude I’ve never felt so much hostility from a restaurant for just wanting to sit down and eat my sandwich, which I paid for, in peace.

Ordered thru grubhub. Order was I correct. I ordered a foot long boss#6, but got only a 6 inch size. I attempted to call the branch but only got a recording with no way to leave a message. Spent $18.48 plus tax and grubhub fees for crappy service and less than what I paid for. Going to contact my credit card company to do a charge back. Never will I order from this branch again.

This is by far the WORST Subway I have ever encountered and keep in mind most of them are only halfway decent. The sandwich I received was in a half brown bag and not wrapped in the standard Subway paper... and the cookies had to be store brought at least a week ago!!! At this point Subway needs to close their damn doors!!!

The staff were very nice and I had no problem with getting my sub. The place was clean and I would definitely go back again.

Subway was advertising a deal for 12 different sandwiches but not a single one was vegetarian. This is not the fault of this location, but is the fault of the broader chain. However, this location refused to remove the meat from any of the 12 sandwiches for my party and I (who are all vegetarian due to religious dietary restrictions. They claimed that they are not allowed to do "substitutions," but we were asking for an easy removal (of meat), which would actually be cheaper and faster for them. It would not have required any customization (no additional veggies etc.). They wouldn't even agree to put the meat on the side! Since we were already there, we did get sandwiches (with meat) and handed them out to unhoused individuals in the area, which was for the best since that experience was much preferable to dealing with the rude employees in the Subway!
