So I started frequenting this particular store and then I had a month long cold which ended after I made the decision to stop eating here. Mind you I only got the cheap veggie burrito and like five fire sauces but why you got to spit in my food? I've loved Taco Bell ever since I was a kid and this has ruined the experience for me. That is all.

You get that here. It is really good and we love it when just hungry, on a budget or want to just get take away.You can dine there, you can have it delivered or you can pick up or go through the drive thru.This place has plenty of parking and the area is always clean. The inside is also spotless.The service is excellent. All the staff is super nice. They will get your order right the first time.We love all their food. You will too. Every time I've ordered chalupas here (which is always my order..) the shells are still frozen on the inside. I've gone through the drive through twice and have ordered delivery twice and it's been the case every time lol but I won't be fooled again, I give up.

Not me rating Taco Bell as if this is a fine dine experience. Haha, ANYWAYS... The reason for my review is because I think managers and bosses should read feedback. And MY feedback for this Taco Bell is to hire better employees whom are dealing with customers. The girl helping me in the drive thru window was just straight up rude and clearly didn't want to work. Look don't be projecting your feelings onto a customer. Like damn I just wanted a taco LOL. Anyways I ended up driving by her instead of stopping bc this Taco Bell didn't deserve my monies. So I drove an extra 10 mins to another Taco Bell. Point is this Taco Bell did not have good customer service and unless you want to wait in line for 25 mins then get yelled at than I'd suggest going to Culver City Taco Bell.
