Arrived at 11 : 37 store was still open with all the lights on made me wait 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker no answer. On google it appears to be open till 11:45. Drove to the window and was ignored 2 guys were there cleaning avoiding eye contact laughing also saw another woman that was counting registers. If it is closed turn the lights off the menu to not be misleading or be cordial and let the customer know. I will be going to La Brea now. Hopefully they have better customer service

I had the pleasure of trying the Tasty Burritos. From this place and I was blown away by how good they were. The tortillas were soft and warm, the beef was seasoned to perfection, and the cheese was melted and gooey. The refried beans added a nice creaminess. I loved dipping my burrito in the sour cream and salsa that came with it. It was a satisfying and filling meal that left me wanting more. This is definitely one of the best burritos I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Mexican food.

The employees are very understanding patient and professional. They are the reason why I'm giving this restaurant such a high rating. Taco Bell usually does not have the most customer service oriented employees, however this place does!

im a manager at my own job so if my staff did this they would be gone! ive been going here for 10 years respectfully. recently i went right after new years through the drive thru it was empty and there was a few homeless at the drive thru area asking if we could buy them stuff i got uncomfortable so my husband pulled around to the window to ask to see if we can order. i ordered my food my very first meal of the day mind you and we pay get the food and i open my Gordita crunch first cause i was starving i take 2 bites and the cheese, the spicy ranch and tortilla tasted like soap and bleach i try my nacho bell grande the meat tasted like a cleaning agent. i wont be ordering here again and i hope the staff who were on duty that day are fired or at least need to take a refresh course on their food handlers card because thats foul, rude and ignorant as a worker.

The food here has become the worst, I ordered a quesadillas and the cheese didn't even melt and the tacos my daughter ordered, no way. (Newhampshire and 8)

Have ordered Doordash multiple times from this location, and they're always stingy on the sauce. I asked for 10 fire sauces with a crunch-wrap supreme, cheesy gordita crunch, and a crunchy taco. They only gave me 5. Any fellow degen will tell you the crunch-wrap takes 5 alone. Next time this happens (cause it likely will), I'm pulling up myself and we can all count to ten together. I may be pathetic for this review, but at least I know arithmetic.

I bought a #10 combo for a person down on their luck. While preparing her food, staff asked her to leave despite my protests that she was my guest. I believe that every person should be treated with respect and courtesy, which sadly did not happen.

This taco bell has to be the single most incompetently competent taco bell in all of existence.In fact it's downright impressive how frustrating they can be.Whether you order through door dash, Uber eats, postmates, or in person...They will, 135% of the time, mess up your order. Every single time I've been here, they've missed as little as drinks and as much as entire menu items.
