Filthy restroom without soap, dining area full of trash, spills roped off with chairs instead of cleaned. Basically only room to stand with another chunk of seating taken by construction materials.

The staff members are all busy in the kitchen, so you’ll be waiting for a long time to pick up your food. It would be nice to have at least one person attend to the food pick-up people! They made our burrito wrong, so we had to wait 10 mins to get it fixed. Otherwise, it’s like any other Taco Bell.
First time Consuming here and bad experience, I order take out for my lunch break, when I got back to work to eat the food was cold, chalupas and Doritos taco were all cold, plus I ordered nacho fries and received no cheese, In top of that I purchased an additional cheese for my chalupas and received zero cheese containers instead of 2, then I called immediately after identifying my issue and no one answered, I called multiple times, Terrible service, plus when I came in they pointed me to go order at the automatic ordering machine, they seem like they don’t want to help customers to make their order anymore, they keep that attitude going and the machines will cause them their jobs.. I had to throw away the food since I had no microwave available to hear it up, I was only able to eat the fries with missing cheese, I went there on 12-6-23 between 1900hrs and 1930hrs

Every single time we go to this Taco Bell through the drive through they get our order wrong. The kid was unfriendly. Pitiful. They have a sign that says no refunds will be given but if you bring the food back they'll make it right. We're missing 2 tacos and the burritos were prepared wrong. How do you bring the food back if you didn't get it in the first place? And we live 6 miles from Ardmore, just get it right for once Taco Bell.

Came in to order and asked a simple question and the guy who was at the register responded with a smart remark. I got my answer from another employee who was respectful. When I thanked him the guy at the register continued to say smart remarks. The restaurant is clean and they were quick to prepare the food.

I gave 3 stars on atmosphere, because we had a drive through order. Food was better this time, the last time we ordered, our bean burrito was a sad paste of a bean something. It didn’t taste like beans, it look like it was just a layer of bean paste, and called it a burrito.
